Seem like the structure of hotel was a hospital before..What a horrible to sleep there..😨😰😨😰😱😱😱I can’t even close my eyes until 5 am in the morning even I knew myself that I have to wake up at 06:30 to meet the clients at 07:00.It’s such a nightmare for me to experience at Gour Points Ishoj by Sheraton..

We stayed for two nights with two children. We arrived after midnight, and check-in was smooth since we had all the information in advance. The beds were comfortable. Perfect location, with a large shopping center (Bilka) right next to the hotel. The only things we missed in the room were a small fridge and a kettle.

Great location. Practical rooms

Sheraton - we know quite well - but this Sheraton located in the middle of Ishøj - which has a terrible reputation - has nothing to do with the Sheraton standard that we know. Info about check-in from 14:00 - we arrive at about 14:15 - and are told that the reception is closed from 13:00 - however, an employee finds a key card for our room - who also explains very poorly how it works. Later, with the help of the Center guards, we get help to show us how and where the key card works after the Center has closed. We ask about parking conditions in connection with the stay - where there are signs around the hotel with a maximum of 3 hours of parking - where the reception simply says that we should ignore that. The room was OK cleaned - but partly worn out - shower cabin and window areas. Paint residue in the hallways. Facilities were non-existent. The food was OK - but seemed like cafeteria food compared to other hotels. We absolutely cannot recommend Sheraton in Ishøj to anyone.

The hotel is very well located. However, it lacked cleanliness and amenities. I expected more for the price.
