I was really surprised that this hotel is rated five stars! Honestly, it doesn’t deserve even one star due to the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and old rooms. I definitely won’t come back again.

Very bad customer service , especially the restaurant employee, are rude. They can not speak English well , only respition understand English. Very bad view ( unfinished building) only location was good . Not 5 start, mostly 3. Never going there .

Avoid this hotel at all costs .. the worst experience ever. I spent 3 nights there and everyday had a different problem, from the room in the lobby which you can’t sleep to the missing towels in the room to the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Will never be back to this hotel.

The location is good but the hotel is located in a very narrow angle. There is no view from the room because it looks out onto the construction site. The breakfast is very poor, they serve cheese in very small slices, I expected better.

The hotel needs to address issues in the housekeeping department. They often don't restock amenities properly, and there have been days when towels were missing. When towels are provided, they are sometimes left on a table near the entrance instead of in the bathrooms. Additionally, bottled water is a significant concern at this hotel, which has led me to start purchasing my own.

Hotel very well located around large chain hotels that does not meet the five stars it has. The king size bed rooms are two beds joined together that open and in the middle of the night you end up with half your body hanging sleeping. Breakfast without bottled water, the juice is from a machine that is pure sugar and the coffee from a liquid jug that tastes of nothing. Zero drinks at breakfast and not worth the 16 euros that were paid per day. The decoration and service from the staff is good although inactive. Solutions to different problems were requested, including from the guest customer who took note and to this day without a response. So if something happens to them, after our experience it is a hotel that does not respond. We would not repeat even if it is in a good place.

The worst hotel ever! They had allocated my room in the basement floor. It had 2 windows with frosted tint applied to it. I opened the window and right next to the window was a metal stair case! I kindly asked for my room to be changed to another floor but I was told that I had paid for a basement room?? Then they sent to customers relationship and looked at my booking like the previous had done and wasted my time by saying the same what the previous person said and to clear this mere was no option for what floor I would like to be allocated . It couldn’t sound more ridiculous so I decided to book a real 5 star hotel Hilton bomonti and checked at this hotel less than 30 minutes from Checking in. Robbed me I would expect a refund for misleading

The Elysium taxim is good hotel. Ideally located. Suites are very good at that price. When ever i am travelling to istanbul i like to stay in The Elysium. ❤️

It was my first time at Elysium hotel Istanbul. All in all experience was good, but for the next time I prefer to book in the main part of the hotel (Duplex rooms side). The standard rooms are okay, but comes with less services and less attention! The gym was nice and accessible, also they have only Indoor pool. The staff were helpful, except one angry guy at the main Lobby reception (prefer to not mention his name) The location is pretty good, a d away from Taksims crowd. Cleaning services at the standard rooms part can be better!

Not to recommended , Deposit 100€ because they do not trust the customer for the chips or the mini bar in the room. The management do not trust the Customer if not use the mini Bar and send staff for checking. Windows have sticker making you can not see outside the room. because the outlook is aufull. Giv back very untrusted feeling that you are not in a 5 star hotel. Other 5 stars hotel in Taksim are not the same and you do not face the above points.
