The location is excellent, it’s super close to the scenic area and even though it is a bit out of town it’s easy to reach by public transport. It also has a very nice and affordable restaurant in walking distance. Unfortunately we had some (apparently planned) power outages during our stay but the staff was very much engaged in providing information, powerbanks and candles. The service is really good.

This little inn is conveniently located right by the Great Wall. The owner of the hotel Mr Zhang is a friendly guy and gave us a lift twice and lots of helpful information. The price fluctuates depending on popularity so it was slightly higher for the night we stayed in but the customer service was excellent and worth the money. The only issue I had was that people were lighting fireworks rightoutside on the pavement and it wasn't the most safest of routes to walk back to the hotel hut it wasn't something the hotel could control. For food there is a nice family-run halal restaurant practically next door and a small grocery shop selling soft drinks and bare necessities. 很热心的老板。

Not much to do around except for the scenic area. Lots of construction when I went. No taxis wants to come to the hotel cause it’s so far. Average overall. Room is pretty small but comfortable. I can’t stand the disposable towels tho. How hard is it to put real towels in hotel rooms?!

I stayed only one night here. This hotel is really clean and the pictures accurate. It seems that the room has been renovated recently, it is nice really practical. You can reach the castle (the fort) easily by walking. Even though the owner doesn't speak English, with a translation App we managed to understand eachother. He drop me off at the train station early morning. I recommend this hotel. This comment has been written by a French traveller. Je suis resté ici une seule nuit. Wery cozy and welcoming place. The place is really clost to the fortres, you can go by walk. The guys is very friendly.

We loved this place, it is 10 mins walk from the main fort, the rooms are comfortable and Mr Zhang Jian Hua the owner is very helpful. He helped us right the way through our three day stay and made sure we did not miss anything. Even took out to his favourite restaurant one night to try some local food.

Good location very close to Jiayuguan fort, but far from the centre of town if that's important to you. Room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed. I might have been the only person staying at the home so it was very quiet and I didn't see much of the staff. That wasn't a problem for me though

Very quiet, and the location is very close to the scenic area. The owner is super nice, patient and enthusiastic, and he even drove us back to the scenic area when we got back late. The family suite is also very suitable for staying with children, and the facilities are relatively complete. It is worth recommending to come again.

This is a very sentimental B&B, with two starlings that call the boss and have a loud laugh, and two cute Scottish Fold kittens. The boss looks like a star. It is a good choice for families traveling with elderly and children who need to be taken care of. It is very close to Guancheng, Fantawild, the Great Wall, and Fuqiang Market. Taxi rides are no more than 10-15 yuan. The boss also has a lot of travel guides. Be sure to ask in advance if you are visiting for the first time. All supplies are disposable. Breakfast is also available in peak season, which is worth a try.

We arrived at Jiayuguan on September 30th. The five-star red flag fluttered in the breeze at the entrance of the inn, creating a festive atmosphere. The inn is very close to the scenic area. Following the directions provided by the owner, it took only about ten minutes to walk to the ticket gate. We then visited the Jiayuguan Tower, climbed the cantilevered structure, went to the Fuqiang Market, and had barbecue. Jiayuguan is a wonderful city and highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right next to the Jiayuguan Fortress Scenic Area. The room was clean and tidy, and disposable towels were provided, so you can use them if you didn't bring your own. We booked a small suite with a king-size bed and two single beds, perfect for a family outing. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and was very helpful with our inquiries about attractions and dining options. The next morning, we went to the Cantilevered Great Wall and skipped breakfast, so the owner made a detour to take us there. It was delicious and affordable, costing only 15 yuan for three people, and we were full. We booked a train transfer to the station, so we wanted to buy something to eat on the train, and the owner even took us to the largest fruit wholesale market. What a thoughtful gesture! He even acted as a tour guide along the way. Even if we were curious about something unmarked, the owner explained it to us, and he was very knowledgeable! He even helped us unload our luggage, which was a great value!

The inn is located near the scenic area, not far from the Guancheng Scenic Area and Fantawild Silk Road Mythology. You can see them from the window, and the Guancheng ticket gate is just a ten-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The room is not large, just right for two people. The disposable amenities are very good, with disposable towels, bath towels, and a disposable toilet seat, which is a plus. The room amenities are simple but have everything you need. The water dispenser and washing machine are conveniently located in the shared area. Hygiene is a priority; the room is clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The price in September was reasonable, and the value was good. I highly recommend it. There are not many dining options nearby, but there are four or five restaurants, with stir-fries and rice dishes, which are basically enough for a simple meal. For something more exotic, I recommend going to Fuqiang Market; a taxi is only a dozen yuan. A very nice B&B with a friendly owner and a comfortable and quiet environment. It's a top choice for those visiting the Guancheng Scenic Area!

The B&B is generally clean and tidy. The location is good, but the road is under construction, so you will have to drive a little further. Otherwise, you can walk to the Guancheng Scenic Area. The owner is very warm and friendly, and gave us mineral water and tissues before leaving.
