Good choice for the short stay. Just cleaning staff should be more attractive to prepare the room before guests arrive

reservation code didn’t work Came at 2am and had to spend some time to get the right one from the support Cleaning came at 8am asking if I still want to stay in the room(what???) Paid parking is completely useless, there is free one right across the street

The room is very clean. Also, the bus station is 100 meter away from hotel and the hotel is provided free bus ticket for each quests. It is excellent and impressive

A standard hotel with good value for money. Far from the city center, and check-in is complicated after 10 p.m. because the reception is closed. The reservation number I had didn't work. There's an emergency number you have to call to get a new one.

The room is a standard chain hotel. As a hotel for independent travelers, the area is large enough and worth recommending. The location is also quiet in a bustling city, and there is a supermarket nearby, which is worth recommending.

The hardware is a bit old, with only reception service at the front desk (pay the card directly when checking out). Breakfast is extra, and the price/performance ratio is not high. Maybe it is closer to Switzerland. The hotel gave us a 2-day ticket and we went to the town for a walk, mainly for the lake view and shopping. Not recommended to stay here

I made the wrong booking. Of course, there were no rooms available when we got there, so I canceled the booking for a later date on site. Now they've charged the money on my credit card and were extremely rude on the phone. They didn't want to know anything and didn't listen, and I was hung up on! That's completely unacceptable! The staff are so rude, ugh! I will never recommend it!
