My Hotel @ KL Sentral Reviews

I stayed here again for 6 nights with my husband, and as always, it was a pleasant experience. I’m a regular customer and always choose this hotel whenever we travel to KL. Great budget hotel with a good price! The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and always concerned about our requests. Every morning they greeted us warmly, which made the stay feel so welcoming. Location is excellent, near KL Sentral, so it’s very easy to go anywhere. Highly recommended!

too small room and breakfast not worth it at all

Just right i guess for a very small tight room. It was ok until some small baby cockroaches appeared. Had to kill a few. There's hot water and aircon was good enough. The hotel has to do something about the roaches.

Suitable amenities for the price.. Walkable to kl sentral.. Simple small room.. Comfortable enough to sleep.. If ur aim is to just sleep at night, and walk around in day time, n save money, this is very good value..

Well serviced

All good satisfied with the services, aminities and cleanliness. Fridge is working, hot water is working only stay for one night. Thumbs up. No security deposit upon check in, the process for check in and check out was smooth.

Good location, not bad , little outdated,place needs to be renovated, over all not bad for the price

Stayed for a night to catch an early train to airport The hotel has a sticky bathroom floor If 2 person with luggage the room was not fit Otherwise i am happy with the room

The mattress was in very poor shape..clean room. There was water 💧 leaking from the hose

The hotel is within walking distance to NU Sentral, making it very convenient for shopping and transportation. Although it’s located near a main road which can be a bit noisy during the day, the overall comfort and accessibility make it a great choice for couple travelers.

unfortunately , next building was under construction, couldn't sleep late from morning .Overall was okay

Room is definitely misrepresented on the website. Room is not clean and the type represented in picture. Not recommended.
