This is a really great hotel! The front desk staff, especially the guy, was super friendly. I even lost a room card, and they didn't charge me extra, which honestly made me feel a little guilty, haha. The coffee at the front desk is also delicious. The hotel is very clean and, despite being in the city center, it's not noisy at all. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Kunming.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic! Being right downstairs from the pedestrian street was so convenient – if the weather turned bad, we could just pop back to the room. Getting a taxi couldn't drop us directly at the door, but it was just a short walk, so still very convenient. The self-service laundry facilities were great too, with a dryer, and we could even hang clothes to dry on the rooftop. Although our room faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all, and we slept very well. A big thank you to the front desk for their thoughtful arrangements and to the friendly cleaning staff. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and we really appreciated the front desk allowing us to check out an hour later – such thoughtful and excellent service! Thanks for everything, you truly made our journey through northwest Yunnan end on a perfect note!

Staying in a newly renovated hotel is just so comfortable! It's clean and tidy, and the family room is spacious enough, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.35-meter bed – it's hard to find a room like this. My two kids and I stayed there and it was super comfortable! The room was very quiet at night, and the blackout curtains were excellent; it was completely dark even during the day when closed. The hotel's environment fully matched the pictures shown online. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, was warm, polite, and provided thoughtful service – it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the three stir-fried dishes in the hot food section were different every day and tasted great! We stayed for ten consecutive days and were satisfied every single day. The hotel's location is also excellent, in the old district of Wuhua, so nothing is far away! Behind it is the Kunming Zoo, which has a large, shady garden with lots of trees and many animals, plus some amusement park rides that the kids really enjoyed. The only minor flaw is: when room cleaning doesn't require changing the sheets, it would be great if the beds could still be made neatly. Guests who have had a long day would surely feel much better returning to a tidy room!

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Guangwei Station of Metro Line 4. It is convenient to go to Kunming South Railway Station and Guandu Ancient Town. Downstairs is Luojiwan Trade City. Shopping and business trips are super worry-free. There are also specialties in Zijun Village around, so you don't have to run far for food. The room was clean and pleasant, the sheets were white and odorless, as soft as the sun, the bathroom had no dead ends, the constant temperature hot water came quickly and steadily, and the verbena essential oil toiletries were also lightly fragrant. The bedding was comfortable to sleep on the backside, the sound insulation effect exceeded expectations, and the work was not disturbed when staying up late. The service is even warmer, the front desk lady is warm and patient, check in with the Hua shopkeeper self-service machine, 30 seconds to get it, no need to queue at all. The breakfast is super rich, freshly ground soy milk, meat buns, and local specialty snacks, full of energy and full of energy. The 24-hour self-service laundry room and luggage storage cabinet are also particularly practical, and the party no longer has to worry about changing laundry.
