The front desk attendant was lovely and incredibly kind; she even upgraded my room for my multi-night stay. This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a hairdryer. I've stayed here on numerous occasions.

The room was fine.

The biggest surprise was how much the room differed from the photos I saw when booking; they were almost entirely dissimilar. The facilities also appeared quite dated. The bathroom and sink area weren't private, and there wasn't even a sliding door separating them from the bed, which made me feel a bit insecure as a solo traveler. (I left in too much of a rush in the morning to take photos). Additionally, the soundproofing was poor; I could clearly hear my neighbor unplugging things. My biggest disappointment was the promised drop-off service. After adding them on WeChat, they failed to provide the pick-up location in a timely manner. The next morning, I couldn't get hold of anyone, and was later informed that staff only started at 10:30 AM. Consequently, I had to take a taxi to the station myself. The 'drop-off service' turned out to be virtually non-existent. Overall, it's a place you can stay, but the experience was rather mediocre.

With over a dozen hotels crammed into one building, the facilities are old and worn, and the cleanliness is only average.

The room was decent. The only minor issue was that face towels weren't provided – they might have just forgotten them, possibly due to being busy. Aside from that, everything else was good, and what truly stood out was the exceptional service.

The environment was clean and tidy. However, there was a significant issue: upon checking into room 1027 in the evening, I found there was no hot water. I ran the tap for about four or five minutes, but it remained cold, making it impossible to shower. The problem persisted the next morning, as there was still no hot water for washing my hair. I hope this can be improved.

The hotel was fine and located very near to Kunming South Railway station, but it is quite far from most of the sights in Kunming (entirely my fault for not checking). The service could be better. My room had no shower gel or towels on the first day and front desk could only provide little disposable hand towels.

Facilities: The facilities are good. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Environment: There are plenty of local eateries nearby; you can easily eat your fill just by stepping out. Service: The front desk staff were wonderful, and the service was outstanding. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was absolutely fantastic!

My husband and I chose the hotel as it was in close proximity to the high-speed railway. We stayed only one night to catch an early train the next morning. The hotel's pick-up and drop off service from and to the station went very smoothly and timely. The young lady at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite. Our room was clean but slightly rundown. It wasn't possible to close the door to the bedroom. There is a huge choice of eateries around.

The good: Great location, close to the train station, with lots of restaurants nearby The bad: The insulation is extremely poor, and the room was freezing. Do not stay in the winter The WiFi is terrible. I had to go to a cafe to work. Do not stay here if you need internet

The room is very clean and hygienic. It makes people feel relaxed and happy. You can see the mountains outside. The room is also very large and feels very comfortable. I will stay here again next time

I really like staying in a high-rise B&B hotel like this. You can capture the sunrise directly from the floor-to-ceiling windows every day. The front desk service is friendly. They also proactively remind you of the high-speed rail pick-up service. Downstairs is a shopping mall pedestrian street with all kinds of snacks and fruits from all over the world. . Very convenient and comfortable living environment and quality... give you a thumbs up...

The lady at the front desk is very gentle, the bed is very comfortable, it is not next to the street, so you won't be disturbed when sleeping at night, recommended

The room is very good overall. It is close to Kunming South Station, with convenient transportation. There is food downstairs. The service is particularly satisfactory. If I have the opportunity to come here next time, I will still choose their place
