The rooms are split between two buildings; one doesn't have an elevator, and the other does. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Arte Hotel Salzburg. The location is excellent—right next to the main train station, making it perfect if you’re arriving by train or planning day trips. The Old Town is a pleasant walk away, so it’s still easy to explore the city. The real hidden gem is the Sky Bar. It offers breathtaking panoramic views over Salzburg, especially at sunset and in the evening. The cocktails were great, and breakfast is also served there, making it a fantastic way to start the day. I’d definitely recommend requesting a room on one of the higher floors to make the most of the views. The only downside was the communication regarding the complimentary Salzburg public transport pass. We were told at check-in that the hotel would provide it, but despite asking three more times during our stay, we never received it. It was disappointing as we had planned to use it for getting around the city. I hope the hotel can improve this process for future guests. Overall, it’s a modern, well-located hotel with spectacular views, and I’d happily stay here again."

"Hotel is new, very clean, good expensive plumbing, comfortable beds. Quiet, good soundproofing. Breakfast is standard, but quite good. A 15-minute walk from the hotel has a beautiful lake with a beach where it is pleasant to swim with children in the summer. From the downsides: location on the outskirts, to the central station and the city center 20-25 minutes on the trolleybus. That is not so scary. But it is necessary to take into account that the trolleybus only goes one route. And when you come to the stop you can spend more 10-15 minutes on his waiting. Also in the hotel for some reason did not work Wi-Fi. There was no network in general those 2 days that lived there. On the respiratory said ”forgive, the problem is fixed” - but the Internet never appeared ( Also, when the settlement in the room at all there was no teapot or towel and I had to go to the resepschn ... After 30 minutes all brought ... But in general a strange approach. The first time I face such - the more like Hilton ...) But overall the hotel liked it. "Excellent location and very clean, but gets hot in summer Pros: Fantastic location. A quick walk through the nearby tunnel brings you right to the Festival Hall and Old Town. It is situated in a quieter, less busy area with a bus stop right in front, making airport transit incredibly easy. The property is clean. Cons: Like many traditional hotels in Salzburg, there is no air conditioning, which makes the rooms uncomfortable on hot days."

"The place is a stone throw away from the central station and very accessible. Also have free transportation for the number of days u stay with them - ask the staff. There are free apples and sparkling water you can retrieve from the lobby. It was a really comfortable stay. It was quiet and peaceful. They had a very secure luggage storage that was great. Loved the wall design that allowed me to hang my clothes and dry them as well."

"Convenient location, just beside a petrol station that has a convenient store. Bus stop just beside as well. Cons: rude bartender and dirty towel (only realized there was some brown stains after using it during the night. Lazy to complain and ask for replacement since we are only staying for a night, so subsequently I used the hand towel instead.)"
