Overall, it's a good deal for the price. Everything was spotless as to be expected from a brand new hotel. Service was friendly and prompt, and the restaurant Coupette was really delicious, however the location is a bit off the true CBD, and rooms are small and leave a lot to be desired for user-friendliness. The decor is indeed however beautiful and worth a short stay to take photos of. The pool is cold, and poorly designed with no deck chairs nor towels.

The location and reception service were excellent. The room was clean and tidy. However, only adults received a bath towel and room service wasn’t available until 4:00 pm the next day. Once we contacted reception it was sorted out immediately. The entertainment options were limited and there was no wifi. This was disappointing for us travelling with children as we couldn’t watch Netflix or any other paid service. Check-in and check-out were easy and they offered excellent SMS service.

Not far from DFO and South Australia. If you check out early, you can relax on the 7th floor of the reception building before heading to the airport. Even though I booked a room with breakfast, I didn't eat any of it because my colleague said it wasn't good. However, the front desk lady provided excellent service.

Service was fabulous. Leslie was absolutely wonderful to deal with, a joy. The apartment was a great layout with everything you need for a short stay. Although the hotel room was starting to look tired and there was an overwhelming odour in rooms & hallways of curry, everything was neat and tidy. Thank you for our stay.

Booked a deluxe one-bedroom twin apartment. The room design was nice, but the twin beds were quite narrow. The fridge was empty, not even basic coffee or milk was provided. I had requested a river view and a higher floor to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but not only did the hotel fail to provide it, they didn't even politely explain why. There were also no birthday amenities or greetings. The next day, I called customer service hoping for some milk and also mentioned the birthday issue. She only said ”sorry, the room couldn't meet the request” and that for birthdays, they only offer a ”sprinkle” (I assume she meant something like a complimentary drink or small gesture, but the original text is a bit unclear here, and it seems like it wasn't provided). In the end, she didn't follow up on it either. This left us with an impression of unfriendliness; the customer service attitude was rather cold and unwelcoming. Compared to other five-star hotels, the service quality here was quite disappointing. Additionally, the hotel has very few facilities apart from the gym. The hotel's location is also a bit inconvenient and it's not easy to hail a taxi. On the positive side, a gentleman working at the lounge downstairs had excellent service, was very polite and friendly, and took great care of guests. The food there was also very good. 👍🏻

I stayed on the 51st floor, thinking it would be quiet, but the soundproofing was incredibly poor. I could clearly hear motorcycles roaring downstairs, and the wind noise was really noticeable, making it impossible to get any peaceful rest. The bedding experience was even more ridiculous. It wasn't a normal duvet cover; it was two separate layers of fabric with the duvet sandwiched in between. It looked cheap and unclean, and the hygiene details were particularly bad. Compared to other hotels and apartments in Australia, this one feels very slapdash and shoddy. Both the facilities and service details are completely subpar. I definitely don't recommend staying here!

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

The Mantra Southbank was in a great location, especially for Arts lovers. Room was clean and spacious. Front of house staff, polite and friendly. Pool is great!

The location was excellent, with the casino only about a 10-minute walk away. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The lighting in the room was a little dim, and the dryer didn’t seem to work properly, as our clothes were still damp after running it overnight. The parking fee of $45 per day also felt a bit expensive. Overall, the great location made our stay enjoyable despite these minor issues.

Good location.  5 minutes walk to tram no. 58 towards city or Toorak.  Opposite Woolworths.  Clean 3 bedroom apartment in Epic building.  Key pick up is far to walk at a convenience store in City Road.  Enquiry staff very helpful and professional.   We used car and had free parking.  Apartment pantry was well stocked with condiments.  Will stay again.
