The in-room amenities are comprehensive, with practical kitchen facilities and a washer/dryer that perfectly meet all your living needs while traveling. The hotel's location is both safe and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, always smiling when assisting with check-in or answering questions, which made us feel very comfortable. The clean and tidy sanitation, along with the modern and stylish decor, also added significantly to the stay. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, this place truly offers a comfortable and convenient 'home away from home'.

Absolute lack of room amenities gave me a chuckle, its 2026, why are cheap instant coffee sticks anywhere near these rooms when hotels hostels and bnbs everywhere else in the world have some approximation of a pod style machine in single rooms let alone king rooms. Room was dusty, with detritus on the carpet on arrival, there was a somewhat obvious hole in my sheets near the head of the bed, any attendant who made the bed couldn't have missed it so i can only assume no one really cares about working here enough to silently take care of something like that. Walls are so remarkably thin that I could hear an 'electric toothbrush' running in the next room, when I wasnt being shocked out of sleep by the sound of the toilet lid slamming down in the other next door room. miscellaneous pillow stain was an interesting one too. Even after leaving it topside, it wasn't changed for 2 days. Shower cant decide if it was to be scalding hot or arctic, but at least the pressure was pretty excellent. only things supplied in the bathroom was a single hairdryer, a water glass and a sanitary hygiene disposal bag. I'd love to know which accountant justified cutting Q-tips out of the room budget. The little downstairs cafe downstairs feels like it belongs in the backrooms attached to some forgotten convention centre, if sacrificing two bottles of water and a coffee maker in the rooms is what it took for this paltry excuse of a cafe to live, then I feel very sad for the future of Melbourne hotels. But again, i DID sleep very soundly for the majority of my stay. And a special shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk, genuinely quite helpful and has a pretty great customer service attitude.

I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment and was generally satisfied with my experience. Upon entering the room, I noticed the bedroom fan was already running, which seemed unusual given it was winter. After checking the air conditioning, I discovered the control panel wasn't working. I contacted reception, and a technician was promptly sent to inspect the issue. The technician confirmed that the air conditioning was not operational. Customer service handled the situation well by personally escorting me to a different apartment, which turned out to be a spacious 2-bedroom unit. This was a thoughtful gesture and was greatly appreciated as an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was pleased with how the staff resolved the issue. However, the situation could have been avoided if the room had been properly checked before being assigned to a guest. Ensuring that essential appliances are functioning prior to check-in would help prevent similar inconveniences in the future. Despite this oversight, I appreciated the prompt response and excellent customer service provided by the team.

Not far from DFO and South Australia. If you check out early, you can relax on the 7th floor of the reception building before heading to the airport. Even though I booked a room with breakfast, I didn't eat any of it because my colleague said it wasn't good. However, the front desk lady provided excellent service.

It’s a hidden gem, close to quite a few tram stops, with the big woolies and Asian grocery store downstairs plus a delicious restaurant serving so quickly, what else can except? I am so happy with the staying. It’s safe and quiet with broad views, we love it 😍

Because the Holiday Inn I originally booked on Bourke Street was full, I had to book this one when returning from the Great Ocean Road. Overall, it was quite ordinary. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great; I could clearly hear the TV from upstairs or next door, as well as coughing at night. Since this is an express hotel, they don't provide disposable slippers, which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it's just across the road from the river, which is quite close, but it's a bit of a walk to the CBD, about 20 minutes. The hotel breakfast was decent.

This hotel offers great value for money. Its location is excellent, situated on the south bank of the Yarra River, right next to the Eureka 88 Skydeck. Cross the bridge to the north, and you'll reach the iconic Flinders Street Station. The front desk recommended self-check-in and check-out, and sometimes staff can be hard to find. The room provides a mini-bar and microwave, but the plastic cups had a strange smell. The space is quite spacious, but the bed is narrow and lacks power outlets near the headboard, which is a bit inconvenient.

I'm writing this review in English so the staffs can understand what I wanna say. First of all I wanna thank the male staff on duty everyday over the entire stay of mine and the two girls on their shifts when I checked in. You guys are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I do wanna give you my heartfelt thanks. However, there was this female staff, seems to be latino or something, on duty when I came back to the property to get my luggages in the afternoon of Feb.22 aat 3:45pm. (I'm sure you can find out who was it because there were only two staffs at the front desk at that time). She was INSANELY LAZY AND RUDE. I asked for my luggages and she took my tags but said to me, rolling her eyes, ”I think the door to the luggage room is open.” She was very hospitable when dealing with the other guests, who were white, before me. I insisted she needs to go get the bags for me, and she said I'll have to wait. I waited, but apparently she didn't have anything legit to do. She was randomly checking her computer to keep me waiting. I guess what I'm trying to say is pls fire this ****** staff. 但国内同胞可以放心住酒店本身很好，其他员工也很好

Booked a deluxe one-bedroom twin apartment. The room design was nice, but the twin beds were quite narrow. The fridge was empty, not even basic coffee or milk was provided. I had requested a river view and a higher floor to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but not only did the hotel fail to provide it, they didn't even politely explain why. There were also no birthday amenities or greetings. The next day, I called customer service hoping for some milk and also mentioned the birthday issue. She only said ”sorry, the room couldn't meet the request” and that for birthdays, they only offer a ”sprinkle” (I assume she meant something like a complimentary drink or small gesture, but the original text is a bit unclear here, and it seems like it wasn't provided). In the end, she didn't follow up on it either. This left us with an impression of unfriendliness; the customer service attitude was rather cold and unwelcoming. Compared to other five-star hotels, the service quality here was quite disappointing. Additionally, the hotel has very few facilities apart from the gym. The hotel's location is also a bit inconvenient and it's not easy to hail a taxi. On the positive side, a gentleman working at the lounge downstairs had excellent service, was very polite and friendly, and took great care of guests. The food there was also very good. 👍🏻

The facilities are good, and the soundproofing makes for a quiet environment. The breakfast is a real highlight, especially the special dishes; you can order something different every day, and it's delicious. My only minor suggestion is that the wet/dry separation in the bathroom could be improved.
