"The hotel has a great central location, high up with nice views. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The staff are warm and attentive. The room size is decent, though the amenities are somewhat limited. The bed is very comfortable. However, the soundproofing is quite poor."
"It's quite clean. And the staff is nice. The water is not hot all day,, but warm anyway. Maybe because of too many people. They don't have a place to hang the clothes, but you can pay for the dryer machine. You can get a discount for the Japanese food next door If you live in this hotel. That surprised a bit. The noodle is delicious, But the rice is not."
"I really loved this quiet city. The hotel's location is excellent; you can explore on foot after checking in, and it's right across from the cathedral. Parking is convenient, with a lot right next door. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Although the facilities are a bit dated, it offers great value for money. The front desk staff included a lovely Chinese lady who was very warm and polite."
"Easy check-in and out process, good location, could actually walk to Cataract George Reserve. Sufficient parking lot. An interesting place to stay with some activity within the hotel premises. The room was a bit too dim, even though they provided several lights, but all were yellow lights. There is noise (water flow?) that would be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper."
"The hotel location is pretty good, walkable from most of the eateries and the city park is right in front .
The hotel staff is pleasant and very helpful. Some rooms are smaller than others..our room didn't have a study desk but our friend's room had one. Overall we had a good stay."
"the room was comfortable and spacious and the staff was very helpful and nice. my biggest complaint would be that the walls are a bit thin so you may hear some speaking or tv sounds but at night it’s quiet"
"It’s a super nice share house with a great view of the Launceston city. There’s four rooms if I’m not wrong, and you have access to the shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Most amenities are available which is pretty convenient. It’s also clean and comfortable. Downsides are the parking might not always be sufficient, and if you have a big luggage you’ll need to note that you might need to carry them up and down the stairs."
"Location and view over Launceston from Top Floor were amazing. Apartments are in need of refurbishment, which I am told they are due to do. Basic old spa room, but the views made up for it. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. Just what we needed for our 1 night stay before heading back to Melbourne the next day. Lift to 2nd & 3rd floors. Chimes of Town Hall clock didn’t keep me awake, but you may want to be aware of that."
"Very nice staff and it is clean and comfortable. Every time when we come back, we can feel very relaxed. Outside is cold but our place is warm and we can have very relaxing hot shower.
There is free internet and there are many T V channels and movies to see. I can keep in touch with my family overseas. Kids and I can enjoy movies together.
The location is very good. It is in the city and very convenient to take public transport or visit tourist information centre to join tours. There are lots of warehouses, department stores, shops, cafe or restaurants around. I recommend anyone to stay at Launceston Central Apartment Hotel."
"The hotel's environment and hygiene are both good. Breakfast isn't a buffet; you get to choose from a few Western breakfast options. Parking is very convenient. It's autumn now, and the scenery outside the hotel is quite beautiful."

Amazing
CCkl02The hotel is conveniently located near Launceston city center, about a 10-minute walk away. It's also very convenient for those driving, as there are parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. You can request a reserved spot from the reception staff for around HKD 50 per day. The hotel is situated next to the yacht marina, so even city view rooms might offer a glimpse of the marina and river. The rooms are very spacious, featuring a large living room, a big sofa, and a large bedroom. There are also kitchen utensils for self-catering. Downstairs, there are several restaurants that are popular with locals and offer good food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
PPapa OlegNo complaints or issues whatsoever. Even without knowing English, everything was simply excellent. On top of that, they gave us a free glass of beer! A truly pleasant experience. Wonderful room, great location, everything worked perfectly, and we were completely satisfied. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserInformation about checking in was sent to us via email a day before were were due. Staircase was narrow, so was quite difficult to bring large luggage up.
Room looks wonderful and tastefully done. We had the suite, and as such, has an adjoining bedroom as well. The balcony was nice for a sit down to relax.
Breakfast provided at the ground floor dining room as simple but sufficient for us. Bread toast, cereals, juicies, tea & coffee.
We stayed 2 nights, The location is not far from Launceston main CBD. The neighbourhood was quiet at night, so was quite peacefull. Street parking in front of it is available, but parking charges takes effect from 9am, but did not impact us much as we are out.
AAJ921This hotel is a fairly standard business-style accommodation overall. The front desk was efficient enough with check-in, but the service attitude was a bit cold, leading to an overall average service experience. Room amenities are quite basic, and the view is limited, offering only a glimpse of the river without much else to highlight. The hotel's surroundings are relatively isolated, mostly factories and tool shops, so local conveniences aren't readily available. The building seems to be a conversion of an old granary, offering a strong sense of space, but the overall atmosphere feels a bit stark and lacks warmth. It's more suitable for a brief stopover during a journey or a business trip; for a vacation or leisure stay, the experience might feel rather ordinary.
YYuchenThe hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.
Llw118We picked up the car at Launceston Airport and arrived at the hotel at almost 12 o'clock. Parking was very convenient, and the key was picked up in a small box. Check-in was very smooth, and the view outside the window was also nice when we woke up early.
CCarmenThe room size is suitable, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the washing machine also includes washing powder, which is very convenient. It is recommended to go by car and have many parking spaces.
XXianyunlanniaoThe hotel was originally a Victorian monastery, very historical, very clean, located on a small slope, comfortable view, especially the hotel administrator, explained carefully and thoughtfully.
GGuest UserThis accomodation is motel-style. The family room was spacious, with a small kitchen/dining area and equipped with basic stuff such as fridge, kettle, microwave oven and plates/cutlery/glasses. Note that you cannot cook. Sink is a bit small to wash the dishes. Short drive from cataract gorge, 2mn drive from supermarket. Very convenient.
GGuest UserNo signage at entrance/driveway
Stained towels and bath mat
Not overly clean bathroom
Very out dated, but in saying that very cheap
We stayed for an early flight next morning,so it done the job if you are just looking for a quick stay
