The only negative point is access to the pool. Too bad. Either you cross the entire parking lot inside the hotel or you cross outside to get to reception to take the elevator to the pool. In other words, on cold and freezing days you have to wear a bathrobe outside the entire hotel reception.

GGilmara MoreloThe Casa da Montaña hotel is the place that takes you up even before you arrive, contact the hotel for a special request I was warmly attended, location, cleaning, decoration, quality all thought for you to want to return. The breakfast is a spectacular part, as well as many delights the entertainment made makes everything more special, and finally the service, warm, human, perfect.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

Great location. Between Gramado and Canela. For those with a rental car, the location becomes even more attractive as you end up never having to decide on one city or another taking the route into consideration. You can access both at the same time. For those who like UBER, the main road doesn't take long to pass. Breakfast vast in diversity and great care in the presentation of the serving line
Spacious tables. Super affordable cleaning and cooking. Super helpful staff in helping us with tourist information about the city. Very spacious parking. We can always park at any time of day or night.
