"An honest, decent, and well-managed hotel. It's functional, without being overly fancy, but just what's needed. The breakfast is good. The reception is very attentive, without exception, as are all the staff. The cleanliness is a highlight... it's simple and efficient. I like this hotel, the atmosphere, and the staff's treatment in particular. The rooms aren't large, but they're very functional. The location is excellent, with all kinds of shops nearby. "Good location just one minute walk from Praça Tiradentes in the historic city centre. The hotel is old and needs some refurbishment. WiFi signal was poor. Nice bathroom. The mattresses were old. Considering the cheap price including free breakfast, I would stay there again."

"Very clean, good breakfast, location is convenient. There's a cleaner everyday to get your room clean and ready. They replace towels everyday, which is so good."

"A decent, budget-friendly hotel in a central location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's not in a particularly attractive area, but it's perfectly adequate for a short stay and an overnight stay. Breakfast was good; I recommend going early, as it gets quite crowded after 10:30 and can be uncomfortable. The staff was average and polite. There was no shampoo in the room. Overall, a good option for the price and location if you're not looking for luxury."

"Good for one night only. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and not many food options. Sometimes you have to queue and wait for the elevators. The rooms are pretty good but the air conditioning needs updating. The view from the top is good! I wouldn't stay again, unless desperate for a place to stay."

"The hotel is located very close to Lapa (it's good that it's close, but be aware that there will be noise from the surrounding area). The hotel offers good value for money, the structure is a bit old, the room is spacious, and the breakfast is okay. I will return because the location and price are good for me."

"Great hotel with restaurants and shops nearby. The selaron steps, pyramid cathedral etc are 10-15mins walking distance from the hotel. Fantastic staff at the hotel who are super helpful and informative. The room was big and clean, with a street/city view, and the shower room was a little on the small side but functional. Breakfast at the hotel was decent with a range of options available. I’m a vegetarian and had enough to eat. The hotel provides free coffee and free fruit infused water downstairs in the lobby area, which is an added bonus. A taxi from the airport to the hotel, and back again, should only cost you 70 riais at most each way, which was around £12/$14/€15. Would defo recommend this hotel. Thank you again :-)"

"I couldn't check in early at 12:30, but they told me around 13:20 that I was ready, which was nice. The location is great, connected to the airport. However, the reception is at the very back, so it's a bit of a walk. It's a very large hotel; the rooms and hallways smelled a bit of disinfectant. There were quite a few people on the rooftop. P1/P2 show the view from the rooftop."

"Hygiene: Relatively clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. Environment: The scenery is excellent and definitely worth a visit. Service: The service is quite thoughtful, and I felt a sense of warmth while abroad. Facilities: Quite complete. I'll definitely go back next time; the experience was great."
