Great
ZZuiyuchenThe front desk staff, especially the gentleman, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made storing our luggage very easy. He even came out to tell us we could wait inside for our Uber because it was cold outside at night. Plus, he spoke a little Mandarin, which was very friendly. The hotel service was excellent, the room was spacious, and the location was convenient, with a shuttle bus available. If I go back to Geneva, I would definitely book here again; it was a fantastic experience.

TTravelshortsI stayed at Hotel Suisse Geneva during my time in Geneva, and the standout feature of this hotel is its location. It is literally right across the road from the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by rail, heading to the airport, or planning day trips. Being so close to the station also means excellent public transport connections, but what I found even more useful is that most of Geneva’s main sights are within easy walking distance. You can comfortably reach the lake, the Old Town, shops, and restaurants without needing to rely on transport, which makes exploring the city simple and efficient. The hotel itself is comfortable and practical, with clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s well maintained and does the job perfectly if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Geneva. Because of its central location, it’s a great choice for both short stays and stopovers. It also works particularly well if you have an early train or a tight schedule, as you don’t need to factor in extra travel time to get to the station. I would highly recommend Hotel Suisse Geneva for anyone prioritising convenience and location. If you want to be right in the centre of everything with excellent transport links, it’s a very practical and reliable choice.

IIsh MishraI had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Geneva and would definitely recommend it, especially for short trips or airport transits. One of the standout features is the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was extremely convenient and reliable. It made arrival and departure completely stress-free, especially when traveling with luggage. Another great benefit was the complimentary public transport travel pass provided during the stay. This made it very easy to explore Geneva without worrying about additional transport costs, and the connectivity across the city is excellent. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it offers great value for money, combining convenience, comfort, and thoughtful perks that genuinely enhance the travel experience.

GGuest UserAverage Swiss fare, I could not really judge service as I only stayed one night. In that area and segment, hotels fall flat by offering sub-standard service. so OK for one-night stay for sure.

GGuest UserHotel was immaculately clean and smelt lovely, room was perfect, location was great, right in the heart of Geneva with easy access to train stations/bus stations and activity pick up points, nice chocolate shop underneath the hotel, with a McDonald’s and a wine and cheese restaurant. Although the breakfast buffet was all cold food baring boiled eggs, however choice was great, staff very attentive. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap enough for Geneva and couldn’t fault it personally.

GGuest UserThe room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.

GGuest UserIt was my first time in Geneva. I chose this hotel blindly (I originally wanted to choose a local castle hotel, but I missed it). It was really good. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

WWoaixizaoyeThe room is excellent, the location is convenient, and the facilities are comprehensive. The service attitude is exceptionally good, and having a small kitchen allows me to cook my own meals. It meets all my business travel needs. It has now become my go-to accommodation every year when I travel to Geneva for work.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Green Marmot Hotel. The location is excellent, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and bakeries, so everything you need is nearby. The hotel itself is very clean throughout. Although the room is small, just as described, it suited me perfectly. One downside is that sound travels easily, so you can hear even minor noise from neighbouring rooms, earplugs are definitely helpful. The motion-sensor lights in the corridor were also a bit disruptive, as I’m easily woken by light, so an eye mask is recommended. Additionally, some guests arrive late, so it can get a little noisy. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
