"I stayed two nights. There are about ten steps from the street to the hotel, but the receptionist was very helpful and assisted with my luggage. On the first night, there was a strange noise, which I initially thought was coming from the upstairs neighbor. The next afternoon, I discovered it was coming from the door of the linen room next door, a creaking sound similar to an old wooden door in a store. I have video evidence. I was woken up by this noise in the middle of the night and had difficulty falling back asleep. I immediately called the front desk, who said it was too noisy and they couldn't hear me clearly, promising to call back later. After waiting ten minutes without a reply, I called again, and the front desk said they would check, but then there was no further feedback. At 9 pm, I heard the linen room door creaking again. I saw it was housekeeping, and after speaking with her, she promised not to open it again that night. The noise wouldn't continue that night. I was woken up at 11:30 PM after falling asleep, then again at 1:10 AM. I went out to communicate with the commotion, and was woken up again at 3:15 AM. I went to the front desk, and they promised there wouldn't be any more noise. However, noises started again at 4:10 AM, 6:20 AM, 7:00 AM, and 7:36 AM. I barely slept all night. The front desk told me no customers had complained, so they didn't know the door was making noise. This door has been making noise for more than just a day or two. Do people in service really lack this basic service awareness? It just shows chaotic team management, terrible service awareness, untimely feedback, and extremely low staff quality. Note: It's far from the Optics Valley Pedestrian Plaza and pedestrian street; you need to take a taxi. They also exaggerated their advertising. A truly terrible experience."

"Great location, it's a very nice place, the kids loved it. It's also very convenient for visiting Optics Valley Pedestrian Street. The Serta mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The food tasted good too, with local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and doupi, plus beef noodles. Extending our stay was very easy. The parking lot is right at the entrance, and it's close to the scenic spots. They even provided complimentary drinks. As long as the kids had fun, that's all that matters.
