"Poor sound insulation, you can hear the hair blowing in the door The equipment is poor and the hair is blowing. It takes 2 minutes to jump. No one picks up at the counter and has to go downstairs to find someone. The bed is very poor. There is no spring bed like a wooden bed. The door cannot be fully integrated. It will be opened at any time."

"We stayed here as part of our cycling trip. There was a safe place downstairs to store our bikes. The host left a tray of snacks and teas in the lobby which was very thoughtful. Try the dumpling restaurant on the corner!"

"The hotel switched my reservation to another hotel without prior notification due to its renovation process. It added extra complications to our experience. The hotel was not bad and location was good too. It’ll be better if the communication was handled in a more efficient manner."

"The location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop. Many famous local eateries are nearby, like fried chicken, bubble tea shops, and the rice noodle night market, all within easy reach. This is my fourth stay, and this time I was assigned a room next to the elevator, but thankfully, it didn't bother me. As a light sleeper, I found the bed's firmness just right and comfortable, though the pillow was a bit too soft, and I had to adjust it quite a bit to get comfortable. For my two-night stay, I received a late-night snack voucher on the first day but not on the second (last time I stayed two nights, I got one both days, maybe it was due to a different room rate?). Overall, the space for one person is sufficient. My only real complaint is the bathroom. When brushing my teeth, I had to bend down to avoid hitting the mirror, otherwise, water would splash on the floor. And when showering, I had to be careful not to bump into things when turning around (this wasn't an issue in the twin room I stayed in last time). Despite these minor points, it will still be my top choice when I visit Taitung again."

"The room is big and comfortable for a family of 4. It is located a short distance away from the sea. But this means that it is far away from other amenities. There is a night market which opens on weekends. No 7 eleven or other convenience stores nearby. But the hotel provides breakfast and supper as an add on for FOC service. It also provides a charter service to airport or train station which is a huge plus when you check out. Check out the awesome sun rise in the morning."

"The hotel is centrally located and staff was welcoming. The bathroom is on the older side but was clean. The beds are quite hard, but I personally don't mind that, however despite the bed being hard there was a slope/hole in the mattress."

"Strategic location. Very near to TieHua Village, 微光集，bus terminal, blue dragonfly fast food and 榕树下米苔目. All these locations are within walking distance. Room is very spacious and clean. Comfortable stay except the breakfast is just so so only."

"Super cozy accommodation. We originally only booked a four-person room without specifying a parent-child room. The housekeeper saw that we had three children under the age of 7 and specially arranged a parent-child room for us. Thank you very much. It really helped us a lot. The room also comes with snacks, mineral water and FIN. There is also instant heated filtered water in the common area on the first floor, and a water softener is specially installed for bathing. Free bicycle rides are also provided. It's a very thoughtful place to stay. I'll stay here again next time I have the chance. The accompanying breakfast is also of a very high standard. Jusen's breakfast corn soup and French slices are really great."

"Its proximity to Taitung Bus Station makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the night market on Thursday evenings. Being particularly close to Seashore Park, it's perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; their excellent service truly deserves high praise."
