Great location, within walking distance to tourist attractions and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel is a bit old overall, and cleanliness could be improved. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered good variety.

The hotel is very near to the ferry going to Cijin Island.. the view is amazing from the room. Really appreciate the free flow coffee at the lobby and everything is great here!

The environment is lovely and the views are excellent, especially given its location in Sizihwan, offering fantastic value for money. Breakfast was also quite good, making it definitely worth a return visit! There's a snack bar available in the lobby, and it's within walking distance of the Ferry Pier and Xinbin Beach. *The coffee was quite bitter; hopefully, this can be improved for an even better experience. 😊

The location is fantastic, right by the MRT station! Yancheng has so many great food options. This is a newly opened hotel, but it doesn't quite feel new; the hallways are really dark, to the point of being a bit uncomfortable. The room itself is very spacious, but the layout is a bit odd. It's nice that the window lets in light, but it's uncomfortably close to the building opposite, so we ended up closing the curtains. I understand that's just how it is in the city, though. The lighting in the room is a bit dim. The bathroom is large, and while the drainage is a little slow, the shower pressure is excellent. However, it's a bit inconvenient that there's no separate wet and dry area. Overall, I found it a bit pricey for what it offers, and I might not stay here again. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, which is a big plus.

There’s many snacks and free drink Toilet is very clean and have a nice bathtub with hot water for bathing One room for improvement is the TV volume control seems intentionally adjust to very small volume given at its full volume. Probably becos the rooms are not very sound proof? But I had a hard time listening or watching Netflix with even the loudest volume in volume control … Breakfast is ok. Will deliver to your room but the quality of food can have improvement In general still a nice place to stay Will stay again if needed

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

Good location and clean. All staff friendly and willing to help. Near Central Park which you can take a relaxing walk in the morning and evening with beautiful Santa Claus house decorations.

The hotel was nice. The Bathroom was clean and nice hot shower. The water pressure was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the Air conditioning was nice. The staff were helpful. During my stay, I felt peaceful and there was no noise. The only thing I felt uncomfortable was the lighting. I felt the bathroom lighting was very dim. There were only 2 small light bulbs in the bathroom. I feel the bathroom should be well lit. The bathroom was dim and dark. 

The location is great, right by the main road and not a far walk from the MRT. The breakfast offered a decent variety of choices, not overly extensive but not too limited either. The staff provided excellent service. One day, we had to leave the hotel early for a trip out of town, before breakfast hours. We asked if the hotel could arrange breakfast for us, and they kindly packed it in a lovely box. Many thanks!

The design blends industrial elements with modern minimal touches, giving the space a calm and slightly artistic atmosphere that fits perfectly with the surrounding Pier-2 district. Our room was simple but very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the room was clean, and everything felt well maintained. While the hotel focuses more on design and location than luxury facilities, it provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Some rooms even offer partial views of the harbor, which adds to the experience of staying in this port city. Another great advantage is transportation. The Light Rail stop is only a few minutes away, making it easy to reach other parts of Kaohsiung such as Love River, Central Park, or connect to the MRT system. Overall, PAPO’A Harbor Hotel is a lovely boutique stay for travelers who appreciate design, convenience, and a relaxed harbor atmosphere. It may not be a large luxury hotel, but its charm, location, and unique character make it a memorable place to stay in Kaohsiung.
