"I used it for the first two nights of the trip with the concept of traveling to Europe while cooking. The size of the room was XS but it was large enough. Although it is an apartment hotel with a kitchen, there is a proper reception, and the breakfast buffet was not as good as a luxury restaurant, but it was satisfactory with the content that was not insufficient. I think it is convenient for ordinary travelers because the price is reasonable (about 12000 yen per night) and close to the main tourist spots. For those who cook like me, I felt that the kitchen was reasonably easy to use. People who can't become European stoves may be confused about how to use it at first, but it's okay to check it online and use it. I cook 3 times for 2 nights. There were frying pans, small pots, pots, bowls, monkeys (but rough eyes), squeezers, frying returns, tongs, kitchen knives, and cutting boards. The cutlery and plates are all available. The refrigerator was big and I didn't use it, but there was also a dishwasher. Detergent, towels and kitchen paper were provided. What I felt inconvenient to cook was that there was no rubber bella. I bought this on the way. Behind the hotel is the Altomarkt Gallery, a large shopping mall, so you don't have to worry about shopping. There are two supermarkets inside. There were also many food courts where you could have snacks. I think it is a negative point that the washroom did not have a bathtub, the shower room did not have a closed door, and it was necessary to be careful not to splash too much to take a bath. But I think it was a cozy hotel overall."

"Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning."

"The best hotel booked on this trip is in the center of the Old Town Square. It is very close to the Church of Our Lady. The cleanliness can be comparable to Japanese hotels... "It's an ok hotel in a good position, right in the city centre. Im not sure how it would be classified as 4 stars though. It was very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't really working properly, being in the middle of the city it was too loud to open the windows. The bathroom toilet area is frosted glass so no privacy, be mindful if booking with anyone other than a partner. The staff were nice, parking was expensive."

"The location is fantastic, right in the Old Town, close to many attractions and shops. It's incredibly convenient! The breakfast is also very rich and varied! However, the number of rooms compared to the breakfast area seems a bit disproportionate, so you need to go early to avoid long queues!"

"The service was good, and the facilities were great. However, the staff member made a mistake when calculating the city tax. I didn't notice it at first, but after I went back to my room, something felt off. Thankfully, the staff later refunded me part of the city tax. I booked two rooms; the one facing the tram line offers city views, but you can also feel the vibrations when the tram passes by. The other room doesn't have a city view but is much quieter."
