"We stayed at three different Hyatt hotels during our trip in Mainz and Frankfurt, and while all of them were very good, the best one of our journey was Brunfels. The service was excellent — the receptionist was always helpful and greeted us warmly each time. Our room came with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level"

We caused some trouble when leaving the parking lot because we didn't understand the payment or exit procedure. The only disappointment was that there was no refrigerator."

"Really good price for a hotel 100m from train station. Short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We were there for the Mainz v Stuttgart football match and it was perfect. Bus stop meters away so super convenient. Good sized room, comfortable beds, very clean and functional bathroom. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. Very easy to access just off main route from Autobahn. Will certainly use again next time we visit Mainz"

"Stayed here for a musical, it's an 8-minute walk to the theatre. Right outside, you'll find a bustling shopping street and a tram stop. A few stops on the tram takes you to the train station, and if you have a musical ticket, the ride is free. Very satisfied."
