"We stayed in the Master Suite and it was absolutely fantastic—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. It really had everything we could possibly need. We ran into a small hiccup at check-in where the kids' bed wasn't made up (not sure if that was a mix-up on the hotel's end or via Trip.com), but the staff handled it perfectly. It was sorted out in no time, and honestly, you often see the true quality of a hotel by how they handle these little things. In this case, the service was top-notch. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a huge variety and everything tasted great. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the dinner at one of the restaurants. It just didn't quite reach the same high standard as everything else in the hotel. That being said, it was still a very successful stay and we had a wonderful time. Recommended!"

"I found the location of the hotel to the airport to be excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk via a sidewalk trail that went up to the train station rails and then I could just go straight up to the airport. The room was very clean. The temperature was easy to adjust to my liking, the bathroom was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my bags off in the morning and then take them to my room after a fun day and do Dorf. I did not eat while there however I was able to have morning coffee and the coffee machine was lovely and had a variety of coffee choices. I would definitely stay in Ibis hotels again thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Good hotel, everything was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable for me. Staff was great. Only thing that bothered me was that the breakfast was amazing on the first morning of my stay, but then a bit disappointing after - a staple like bacon was missing, there was no fried eggs, and I highly preferred the potato croquettes over the potato wedges."
