"Although the streetcar runs in front and behind the building, the room was very quiet and I slept well. The parking lot requires a fee, so street parking is recommended. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and everything tasted great. Overall, I think the value for money is excellent."

"The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Breakfast is included in the price, and there's something for everyone. I would have given the hotel full marks if it weren't for two factors that weren't so great. The TV remote didn't work because the battery was dead, so I had to go down from the 10th floor and fix it. Then, as it got dark, light flickered into our room all night long from a room where the light or a sensor was broken. This also lit up our room. It woke me up and I just couldn't sleep. The hotel couldn't offer a solution (no other room, and a repairman wouldn't come until 6-7 a.m.). That's completely unacceptable for me."

"It is surrounded by communities and there are buses at the door. It is very convenient. The environment is quiet. The room is very clean. There are mineral water, coffee and tea bags, etc. The room size is okay and not very small."

"The salad for breakfast is good! Hotel location is good, opposite the famous old station big elbow restaurant, it is especially convenient to buy health products in several pharmacies nearby. Not far from the company, it takes about 40 minutes to walk, and you can take a 74/76 bus directly at the door."

"The hotel is super close to the main train station, just a five-minute walk. Our room was clean, and even though it faced the train station, it was surprisingly quiet with two windows – no noise at all! Stepping out, you'll find the subway and bus stops right there, which is incredibly convenient. Just a heads-up: be careful if you're out late, as it's by the train station, so it can be a bit chaotic at night. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast is more suited for Western tastes, but if you're a Chinese palate, you can still manage just fine."

"This is pretty good. Parking is €15 per day, but self-check-in is nice overall. The shower facilities are so-so, but acceptable. When I arrived, the hotel said they were out of shower gel and shampoo, so I had to use my own. They also didn't have any tissues. 🙂↔️"

"location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest."

"This hotel is unexpectedly good, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is great. My English is not very good, but the communication was joyful and everyone was very happy. We also saw our Huawei in Düsseldorf, which was great. The Deer Park is worth a visit."
