"Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay!"

"Wasn’t the best hotel. Lots of problems with it. Mostly with the room. Not very soundproof, woken up by cleaners outside every morning. Pipes loud during the night, bright bathroom mirror light shines through the glass door illuminating the bedroom all night. Beds rock hard. No kettle to make hot drinks Good things, clean room, nice coffee downstairs. Nice bedding and towels. Powerful shower, although was either freezing cold or boiling hot. You can ask for an iron at reception but you HAVE to give it back after 1 hour. (Why not just buy more?) Overall stay was fine. Quite a good location, staff were average."

"On this trip, we stayed at three hotels in Valencia, and this one was our third. It was by far our favorite! Everything just clicked: the location, amenities, proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences, and bus stops nearby for easy access to the beach, plus a huge shopping center. We were checked into the 10th floor, which is where the pool is located. They let us check in two hours early without any fuss and even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. On top of that, the hotel held onto our bags until it was time for our flight. Excellent service! The rooms had wonderful bedding and spotless white towels, and housekeeping cleaned every day. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Valencia."

"The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city center, right next to the park, walking distance to Cologne metro station, from there direct access to the airport. The room was clean and the furniture was comfortable."

"The beds were comfortable, but the room was poorly cleaned. There was dirt on the walls and hair in the sheets. I had to wash the headboard with wet wipes in the middle of the night to get rid of the unpleasant odor. The renovations were tired, the carpet on the floor smelled bad and was stained. There was no outlet in the kitchen. It was difficult to turn on the kettle and toaster. But the receptionists were very pleasant and polite. The location was excellent. And the mattresses were good. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't repeat it."

"Finding the hotel from the parking lot was a bit tricky at first, as there's both an 'access to hotel' and an 'entrance to hotel' sign. However, after a day or two, you get used to it. The hotel is located above a mall with plenty of restaurants; I highly recommend the fried rice at Lemongrass. There's also a supermarket and various other shops, which is very convenient. It's a shame I left before Fallas, so I missed the fireworks. On the downside, the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was very poor, making it difficult to work."

"I originally chose the hall after seeing the environment. Indeed, the hall is very atmospheric. That is, because of the passage of time, the room layout and room facilities have returned to a long time ago. At least I don't like the bedding. The hardness of the synthetic fiber makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel is in a good location, only ten minutes' drive from the city center and the seaside."

"I liked everything; it was clean and quiet. You have to understand that this is a hostel, but no one can see you. If you don't want to, you can close your capsule and enjoy the solitude. The capsule opens with a card, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable."
