"Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of ​​Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family. The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later."

We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. "The hotel is ideally situated right next to Santa Eularia marina and all local amenities/attractions. It has clearly had a recent refurbishment with everything feeling up to date and fresh. The staff gave a warm welcome and were helpful throughout. Room had everything you need for a comfortable stay, food was excellent with plenty of choice in particular at breakfast. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the pool a nice size too. Overall an excellent hotel."

"I booked this a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We were arriving on his birthday and I had let the hotel know. We had an excellent room up on the 6th floor, room 633 with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Great sunrises every morning. Such a peaceful room with no outside or inside noise. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The meals had a variety and never had to wait for a table or seat. Didn't use the swimming pool or pool area at all, rather crowded being the school holidays but we enjoyed adventures exploring the island. The hotel for us was just a base. A great swap box at the bottom of the stairs and also books. Overall a wonderful stay."
