"From start to finish our stay in this hotel was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooftop bar and plunge pool was an added bonus ! The location right next to the cathedral made it the perfect place from which to tour the city. I can't fault it. We loved Valencia and will return. I can't think of a better hotel to stay in when we do."

"We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future."

"The hotel is right next to the North Railway Station, and the street next door is almost entirely lined with Chinese shops. Tian Tian Big Meat Buns is located here. The hotel offers free bottled water and candy for guests, and it's also very convenient to get to the attractions!"

"An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done."

"The reception was great; they helped us with everything for our baby. Daily cleaning was excellent, as were the facilities. It's quite convenient to get to the center, as it has bus connections, and if you go by car, parking is free. We are totally satisfied!"

"This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right outside, you'll find a huge shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's super easy with kids, as you don't have to go far. The ArtScience Museum is just across the street, making it a breeze to visit the attractions. The room was much more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, and the facilities were both high-end and comprehensive. There was plenty of space for the kids to move around without feeling cramped. The breakfast was extensive, with bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even Spanish ham – something for everyone, both adults and children. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming. I'll probably choose to stay here again next time."

"This hotel is old. The room is small and looks like it needs to be renovated. The room we booked is not as good as the room we redeemed with points. The location of the hotel is OK, of course, because the old town of Valencia is very large, you can basically walk to the main attractions in 15 minutes. It is very close to the North Railway Station, but it is not actually useful because the commonly used stations are far away and definitely cannot be walked. The hotel service is average, parking is not allowed at the door of the hotel, watching the old man pushing the box by himself, the waiter acted as if he didn't see it, until the road was uneven and the old man fell. I probably won't stay at this hotel after getting off the bus"
