Great value for money, and the facilities were good too. The only minor issue was that some of the front desk staff seemed a bit unclear on certain procedures. I booked for a single person, and it was reflected in my reservation, but on the first day, they charged me the city tax for two people. After I contacted Trip.com and sorted it out, I went downstairs the next day, and a different front desk staff member immediately processed my refund.

Lovely place, a bike share rack directly in front of it, nice colors in the room. Great staff, very friendly. Fridge is shared in breakfast area, that takes some trips if are keen on cold drinks. I would have loved a water kettle in my room, byou can always get water in the breakfast area, too.
The lady who cleans the rooms could also work in a 5 star, so much attention to detail!

This hotel is highly misleading and far below expectations. We arrived early and were refused the luggage storage service that was clearly promised on the booking site. The staff gave vague excuses and left us carrying heavy bags around for hours.
There is no real 24-hour reception – at night, no one was available at the front desk, which raises serious safety concerns.
The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, with poor lighting and dated facilities.
This is not a 4-star experience, and the price is totally unjustified.
I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you value comfort and honest service.

We had a pleasant stay at Tribe Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. There was a hairdryer but no flip flops and the fridge was not working well (not cold at all). There's a water fountain on every floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. The location was good, quiet and quite close to the metro line 1. A supermarket right in front and a cheaper one a 5-mins walk. Good value for the money paid.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful! All three team members gave me tons of useful local information, including subway guidance, directions, tour tips, and safety advice. Their support made my Paris trip truly wonderful and seamless.
I was a bit anxious beforehand since it was a trip with just me and my two daughters in a completely new country and city—but everything turned out perfectly!
The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a fresh, energetic start every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near three subway stations, making it easy to get to and from the airport and the Eurostar station—no need for taxis at all.

Perfect location, right in the city centre. Even as a female solo traveller I felt safe walking at night. (Although I took a cab to the hotel) Shower room may be a bit moody but it is what it is.
The hotel staff are absolutely delightful and very helpful. At night there are no staff so be aware of that!

Rooms and the entire hotel are extremely small and narrow.
We were shocked by the front desk. The whole reception was no very well structured, the people sitting behind the desk didn’t perform very professional as one could expect for a best western premiere hotel.
We moved out after just one night. Wouldn’t recommend to go there again.

We stayed at this hotel because there was a concert not too far away. The hotel is well-located, very pretty, and cozy. I was a bit disappointed because it was small. The shower and toilet were in a tiny room with a mini sink. That was a real shame, but it's a beautiful hotel nonetheless. Thanks to the staff who were very welcoming.

The hotel location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but did overlook the statue of liberty. Our party was mum & 2 adult daughters. The staff at reception were really friendly. Our trip was to celebrate a 21st birthday and a pre wedding trip for my daughters and the hotel had decorated the room as a surprise which was lovely. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel, but the sofa bed could definitely use some upgrading. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there were restaurant options available, and a nice self service room which sold essentials (bottled water, toothbrushes, sandwiches, even microwave meals and the microwave to heat them up in). Everywhere was immaculately clean. It was a 15-20 minute wander to the Eiffel Tower and at no point did we feel unsafe, even when walking back at 11.30pm. We all loved it and I definitely hope to go back again. We would recommend to anyone with realistic expectations.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel! I found it completely by chance, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The value for money is perfect — everything is at a very high level. The room was clean, neat, and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. A special highlight was the beautiful balcony with a lovely view over the city.
The staff were very friendly, and the room service was truly excellent — fast, polite, and efficient. The location is perfect: there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby, the metro is just a couple of steps away, and you can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Hôtel Montcalm Paris for their outstanding service. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserThis hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it.
Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we absolutely loved the pool. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside to be aware of is the soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice noise from neighbouring rooms and outside, likely because it’s an older building with some echo. That said, we were so tired from our days out that we slept really well and it didn’t affect us at all.
The location is perfect, with the metro, restaurants, and coffee shops just around the corner. And being so close to the Arc de Triomphe was amazing!
Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. ✨

The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!

DDaitieGreat little hotel on the outer skirts of Paris. It's decently located within a 10 minute walk of 2 metro stations. There's a small gym that's 24hr, co working space and a restaurant as well as a laundromat on site.
Reception is open 24 hours and they're very friendly and will try their best to cater to your needs.
The rooms are extremely clean, and has all the amenities you would normally need (except a spoon to stir the coffee). They provide a reusable glass bottle to take on your day out (which is purchasable if you would like) and they have water refill stations throughout the hotel.
For the price i can't complain. Brand new hotel, you can still smell the paint! Extremely clean. Comfy beds (though the sheets are quite thick and I felt a little warm even when the air con was on full blast!)
Would definitely recommend if you don't mind the travel into central Paris (I'm from London so the commute is nothing compared to the London underground). Supermarkets and small brasseries located nearby and there's also a restaurant thats open till late that provides drinks and food.

FFloliaWe chose this hotel for its excellent location in Paris, and it did not disappoint. It is within a 5-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and both RER C and Metro Line 6 are nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. Most major attractions are also easily accessible.
The breakfast was decent, and the staff were generally friendly.
However, there was one disappointing experience. We had an early schedule during our stay and requested a breakfast box the evening before, as we needed to leave the hotel at around 6:15 AM. When we came down the next morning, nothing had been prepared. After asking at reception, they quickly put something together, but it felt rushed, and they didn’t even confirm our room number when handing it over. The breakfast box itself was also below expectations considering the standard of the hotel.
The room was a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It included a small sofa and table, and there was enough space to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases.
Overall, the staff were kind, and choosing accommodation near the Eiffel Tower was definitely a good decision. Despite the issue with the breakfast box, we had a pleasant stay.

The shower door was broken; I informed the front desk staff, and they knew, but I let it go since I was only staying one night. The telephone and TV in the room were just for show, as they didn't have electricity. The room's Wi-Fi was very poor, frequently disconnecting.
