"This hotel in the small town offers free evening parking right outside. It's very clean with decent amenities. The surroundings are pretty quiet at night, making it a good stopover for a rest."

"Impeccable and pleasant welcome by Mohamed, very attentive to our needs.
Clean room and good bedding adds to our appreciation.
A small downside however for the breakfast which is very limited.
I recommend this establishment without hesitation!"

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience.
The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression.
That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing.
We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.
Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating.
In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel."

"When booking, I saw that 5-year-olds were free, but I still had some opinions when I arrived at the front desk of the store. After communicating, I checked in smoothly. I also added an extra bed for free, fearing that a family of three would not be enough to live. The room is large in size, and the corridor environment is average and has a strange smell. Parking is just opposite the hotel and there is free parking. There is a steak shop and a pizzeria next to the hotel, which tastes good. The church in Troyes is worth a visit."

"Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online."

"2 small problems of my stay ;
Then I was going to have a cleaning pad after I was going to the toilet . It is not to household women who have to clean the toilets after some big deguulasses ( because there is no BROSSE !!! )
You will have to do like the bathroom serviettes , after the customer 's stay , put the toilet pad into washing and put another clean for the future customer .
And the second small problem : last night at 23 : 00 am , I was on the card in the box and there more light that lights .
The very nice host , I give in 5 minutes another room .
but not very well overall"

"The hotel is very warm and welcome.
However, cleanness could be improved: the hair dryer was covered with hair.
In addition, the shower is equipped with a half-wall, which makes the water easily exit from the shower space and wet the floor of the bathroom."

GGuest UserWe stayed for a quick stopover en route for Calais. The hotel is really well situated and very nicely done. Breakfast is great. The staff are super helpful, especially JULIA who was very kind and gave excellent recommendations. Do reserve a car parking space in advance.

LLEONID KOLYAGINThe hotel is located 15 minutes walk without hurrying from the station and 5 minutes from the center. The room has everything you need for a night, even glasses for toothbrushes. You can ask for a teapot on the respiratory room, which is the plate on the desktop in the room.

SSaïda BoutouilThe original concept: The mix of visitors and older people. The very spacious water room, with a towel and toilet needs provided the household is not made for stays s less than one week
The studio was located on the edge of a river restraint which resulted in mosquitoes and mosquitoes provide repelent pills The sound of the pleasant cascade day can become unsupportable even the night closed windows.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

AAnonymous UserRoom was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys
