stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel amenities are complete, luxurious, and comfortable. They offer afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and two meals (breakfast and dinner) daily, which are excellent and varied. The hotel even upgraded us to an executive suite for free! It's an old-school luxury hotel with convenient access, and there are several large shopping centers nearby for easy shopping.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

I had a great overall experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I entered, the lobby smelled really nice and created a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was very convenient as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Beautiful and clean neighborhood. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. There was one very serious issue though: cockroaches! I saw about 5 of them. It's extremely unpleasant when cockroaches are scurrying around your room.

I rent 3 unit with 3 bedroom/unit for 2 nights . All is fine. It’s a great place where all families can stay together. ATTENTION to the management of the hotel, some units dont provide sufficient towels (there were only one bathroom , the other one had no towel ) , while the next unit, the flush of the closet was not working. I did ask the front desk, they said Ok we will send, it come to repair and add the towel after many2 times asking .. the hotel was very crowded.. lots if guess. Sure I will stay again, just improve the service, that would be more wonderful

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion

There was a renovation and the staff already warned us it will be noisy start from 8am. And we just got the only room available on the lobby floor (no info earlier, when we got there, the receptionist told us on the spot so we had no option). When we entered the room, it smell damp, the door of the cupboard was broken (can't be closed) , the toilet smells bad, and the towels are dirty with something like black stain. It wasn't a good experience honestly and I won't repeat this booking. As for the receptionist, she was nice, welcome and friendly. Thanks.
