I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta. The hotel is modern, elegant, and offers stunning city views. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious local and international dishes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the bathtub looked a bit old, so we didn't dare use it. Breakfast was extensive, but it got very crowded, and we had to queue to be seated. I recommend going early to avoid peak hours. The spa was closed during our stay. We arrived quite late and asked the hotel staff how to get to the hotel bar for dinner. When we got to the bar's entrance, we found out that shorts were not allowed. The hotel staff should have informed us earlier. Was it amusing for them to watch us make a wasted trip? We walked around outside the hotel, but there weren't many restaurants, so we ended up ordering takeout. We had to go down to the lobby ourselves to pick it up, as the hotel staff wouldn't deliver it to the room.

You honestly cannot beat the location of Ascott Jakarta. It’s right in the center of everything—just a short, easy walk to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and Thamrin City. What truly makes the stay special, though, is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the security guards goes out of their way to help you, even helping halt the busy city traffic so you can cross the road safely. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a hassle-free stay in Jakarta!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was a bit dry inside the room, so I recommend leaving some water in the bathroom sink. The front desk service was quite good, and they had convenient Google Translate. There's a cafeteria on the ground floor with a good variety of breakfast and dinner options, featuring local flavors and a taste that leans towards Southern Chinese cuisine. Nearby, there's McDonald's and KFC, and across the street, a large supermarket and food court. However, there's road construction, so you have to walk an extra two to three hundred meters.

Facilities: A magnificent and grand 5-star hotel in the absolute heart of Greater Jakarta. Service: Extremely warm, natural, and accommodating service. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and no unpleasant odors. Environment: Right outside the entrance is a large shopping mall, and getting a taxi is convenient.

Everything is great except the location is around 15-20 min from center (Grand Indonesia, Sarinah etc). Bit not far from Manggarai station.

The room layout was excellent, and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast restaurant on the second floor was spacious and bright, with a good variety of dishes. The staff were polite, warm, and provided attentive service. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining out and getting around.

Our stay was okay, but there were a few things that did not meet our expectations. The room was too small for three adults. Based on the photos and the room description, we expected a more spacious room with two queen-size beds. However, the room had two large single beds instead, which made it quite uncomfortable for three adults. Both the room size and the beds were smaller than we expected, so the description did not seem to match what we received. Another downside was the noise. The hotel was generally quite loud. We could hear our neighbors as well as a lot of noise from outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel also feels quite dated and would benefit from renovation, as many areas seem worn and in need of updating. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed it. Overall, our stay was acceptable, but the room, the noise level, and the condition of the hotel were disappointing.

Excellent hotel with great service. Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room with city view, and attentive staff. The entire experience was hassle-free and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend travellers to stay here without any worries.

The room was generally clean and affordable! There's a big mall nearby, right by the main road. The only downside was that the bathroom water was salty, but overall, it was a decent stay.
