The room has a great artistic flair, the facilities are quite good and new, and the bed is very comfortable. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and the Middle Eastern cuisine is very authentic. The pool and spa are quite luxurious with excellent water quality, though a bit cold. It's best to go for a swim in the late afternoon/early evening to relax and unwind.

The capsules are clean and modern, so are the toilets and showers, however the rest of facilities are a little old. The staff is kind, the location is the old town which is an interesting place to visit but I personally would have preferred to stay downtown, however you can take a bus or metro and get there in around 20 minutes. I was here for over a week so in the end it's a little bit uncomfortable to stay in such small place with all my stuff (one large and one small backpack) but for a few days or with less luggage it's okay. I'd have gotten the double one if I wasn't on a budget.

The service was incredibly warm and professional from the moment I arrived. A huge thank you to Mba Mitha and the team for the unexpected complimentary birthday and anniversary cake, room decoration for our special day, it was such a thoughtful touch that made my celebration feel truly special. Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

The room quite okay and small space and its not too small just nice enough. The breakfast is good and many variations, staff are very friendly, location wise not so okay because there is mrt phase 2 under construction and the road so noisy and jam. Overall on my trip was very nice and very pleasant. Can repeat this hotel again. I forgot to mention that the breakfast is included in the hotel room also so very convenient

The room was spacious and bright, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety, combining Indonesian traditional options with Western choices. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is considerably strategic and close to MRT stations, with plenty of food options nearby. Cleanliness needs work, I found stains on my bed sheet and the towels looked a bit old and ragged. The shower room has no drainage, the water flows to a drainage located in the bathroom directly adjacent to it. Needless to say, it flooded 2/3 of the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly, especially helpful with the parking provided in the basement. Facilities are good for the price, very basic but I think it's enough.

Luckily we only stay 1 night. The whole building is smell of cigarettes. Anyone can smoke inside the building including in the room. Very noisy at night. You can hear people chatting laughing all night long in the room and we barely can sleep. Other else, the lady receptionist is helpful and nice, also its nearby to Chinatow. Other than that you might want to consider staying here unless you don’t mind the noise and the alley is dangerous at night.

Good hotel...good and friendly service, only breakfast is thought to be a buffet but is divided per person, for breakfast time, if possible, the time should be moved up, because the visitors are workers.
