Location is quite strategic from the city center, and close to food vendors
LT. 1 convenience store so you can buy snacks at affordable price
the conditions include clean,only the bathroom door looks,and the faucet is slightly rusty but does not affect the comfort of rest

MMaranaramHad a wonderful stay in The Great Diponegro! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience.
What stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The facilities were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting.

HHadi_MulyonoThis is my second time here. The staff are genuinely nice and will greet you every single time. I had an issue with the aircon not being cold enough. The technician, front desk are all very patient and attentive to my request. Reaction was quick and I also had a room change. The room is very spacious with a great view of the city. Amenities aplenty and will cater to your needs. I had a good three nights rest and a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI was quite satisfied. After hiking the volcano, I got a great night's sleep, from 9 PM to 6 AM the next day, and felt well-rested. The hotel is also very close to several large shopping malls and Surabaya Zoo, making it an excellent choice if you need to stay in Surabaya for a while. Plus, the restaurant on the first floor offers very good value.

AAnandaIt's a good type of hotel at the front, but when you enter the room it's just b, like an old building. The cleanliness is also lower than the hotel next door. I don't know if I just got the same room or are they all the same???? And the receptionist guy (forgot his name) isn't very friendly with visitors, but the important thing is that you get a room like that. Maybe because I checked in at 12 at night before early morning, because we had finished the event. Yes, the point is that's all
