"our stay in VISITEL was very good. The service of carrying our luggage trolleys from the room upto our vehicle could also have been provided. The house keeping staff just stand in front of the room door and wait for checking the room but don't help in taking out the trolleys and putting them inside the lift. She does not even change the pillow covers even after being reminded again and again. Behavior needs to be changed by the lady who comes for cleaning the room. It is her duty to change the pillow covers on her own. "

"Kolkata hotels are expensive, comparable to Mumbai prices. The hotel is not very hygienic, no breakfast is set, and the location is 11 kilometers from the airport. It is more formal to pay for Kolkata to the small kiosk in the middle of the road outside."

"Child abuser . Marriott hotel are allowing children as young as 3 years in their bar and not one ,  seven of them and for hours. They were in the bar when their parents were drinking and even the children were holding alcoholic beverages. I objected few times regarding allowing Children in a bar but no action taken.  It’s against the law and I believe Indian law doesn’t allow less than 21 years old access in a bar. I couldn’t believe Marriott are allowing illegal activity in a geotag operated by them and that also rested to child and only word I can use is Child Abusing."

"The towel rack and safe in the bathroom were positioned too high, making them completely out of reach for a petite person like me. The next day, I asked them to place the towels where I could reach them, but I never used the safe. The chair was also too high and couldn't be adjusted, making it difficult to sit on and dangerous, so I never used it. I arrived late at night and had the wrong date, so there was no reservation for the day I arrived. The female staff member who dealt with me was unfriendly and rude. In the end, I was able to stay thanks to a friend's contact, but the other staff were very kind."
