It is located in the centre of Modena in a beautiful building. Rooms and breakfast room are fantastic. Heating is available which is a big plus as well.
Manager Benedetta is also really nice and could be easily reach in WhatsApp.

SShenlan7155The traffic is very convenient. It is very close to the train station and the Enzo Ferrari Museum, so I chose to live here. The front desk service is very warm. The cleaning is very clean. The room is quite clean. But there is no expectation. There is no sense of design. The local consumption of Modena is much lower than that of Florence. But the most The price of this room in Jiaxi and the Indgo with a balcony in Florence is almost equivalent. The bedding is also very general. There is also a highlight that there is a Chinese restaurant called Wang diagonally opposite the hotel. It is not expensive. It is worth it for two nights.

GGuest UserLocation at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid.

AAlfYYIt is a very well-located hotel, right in the ”heart” of Modena. It's in the ZTL zone, not to worry, the staff were very vigilant & assisted with the ZTL coupon which was valid for the stay.
The hotel is a bit ”old”, so don't expect much, however, the rooms are nicely furnished. Mattresses are firm to my liking and there is enough toiletries. Breakfast was sumptuous! A delicious spread & of high quality.
Note as the hotel is a bit old, don't expect top grade elevators - they are narrow, and the rooms a bit ”hollow”. Opens up to the balcony with excellent ”minor” view of the basilica. However, sound travels and you can hear the next door neighbour if they speak loudly or slam the door.
Parking, however, is a nightmare, as expected of this very narrow town. No fault of the hotel itself. You can find parking nearby, may have to walk 5-6 mins. The excellent English speaking Reception/Check In Staff will assist with that & all my questions were answered.

MMaxim_KVery good hotel, parking on the neighboring streets is free (give a card), up to the central 10 minutes walk, the room is large, the bathroom is normal, all not tired, breakfast is very delicious, recommended.

GGuest UserComodo albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovviamente ci sono degli elementi che giustificano il costo contenuto come il bagno in comune e il secondo piano senza ascensore. Tuttavia per quello che serviva a me è andata alla grande. Parcheggio privato, struttura pulita, colazione compresa, personale cortese. Con una mezz'ora di passeggiata sostenuta si arriva nel centro storico. Ottima scelta la rifarei.

Now about the minus. This hotel is 2 star level, the maximum is 3.
Very small room, very small shower. Sink in cracks, hydraulic plumbing and poorly washed. Weak WiFi. The administrator has long figured out what beds we need - one big or two separate beds. We were not interested, but he asked for a choice. Finally decided that separate. And when they came to the room they just laughed. Two single beds, between which the distance is 13-15 centimeter! Are you serious? !
The breakfast was not included, paid separately.
Also very funny for 4 stars. Scramble, roasted becon, sausages, one kind of simple cheese (in access to six or eight pieces! ), salami, Morta case and a couple of other kinds of meat for a few pieces. There were some yoghurts, fruits and not very fresh cruisans. And something else. There isn't a vegetable at all.
But coffee is beautiful - it 's a plus.
Next time I will try to choose a hotel that is not only conveniently located but also fits with its class
