"This is more like a family-run guesthouse, and the room was great. It had a spacious living room with a kitchen and fridge, a separate bedroom, and a lovely terrace with a nice view where you could dry clothes. It was perfect for breakfast in the morning when the sun wasn't out and it was cooler. The guesthouse is right on the pedestrian street, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Sorrento isn't very big, so getting around from here is much easier than staying in a hotel up in the hills. It's also pretty close to the port, about a 10-minute walk. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The bed is so good. The sheets and quilts are clean. You can sleep well by yourself. The first virtue of the hotel. Very satisfied. The staff are so friendly and friendly. Actively trying to help. The location is a bit hemmed by those who can't find the way because there are many alleys. But the kind person who takes you to the front of the hotel ... Really appreciated"

"Location is great, right next to piazza tasso, and there’s taxi stop in the front. The room is equipped with modern design, keeping classic furniture which is very cute and authentic. Breakfast is great with freshly made coffee and the variety is very good for european standard. The terrace is the absolute highlight! The view from the position is Wow! The staff are all very friendly and really take the time to give advice to those who are new to Sorrento, they have us really heartfelt and clear advice as in sightseeing tips or restaurant recommendations. They also organise excursions which is so convenient, the day tour to Amalfi coast by car is just awesome!!! Last but not least, there is a lift inside!"

"The location of the hotel is not bad, in the city center, it will be a little troublesome to find if you drive, you need to park the car in the public parking lot and then walk in with your luggage. We arrived at nearly ten in the evening, but we were told that we could not find it when we checked in My order broke down in my heart. I called Ctrip and asked to pay for a room before they went to contact the third party. In the case of starvation, they could only solve this first. The room facilities are average, it doesn't matter if you sleep for one night, the breakfast is unexpectedly good, the variety is very rich, the coffee is hot and the scenery is beautiful."

"Excellent location which isn’t the center of town with lots of restaurants and shops around. Few minutes walk to train station and ferry pier. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast place is nice and food are amazing. Lack of dental set, slippers, coffee, boiler and free bottles of water. Also hand shower water pressure is too weak."

"Room is easy to locate, it is big and clean. Self check in is easy as well. Around 10 mins walking from Sorrento station which is not far. Highly recommend for anyone who is planning to stay in Sorrento."

"location is good which is not far from train & bus station. lemon farms right opposite to hotel is a bonus. however, rooms were not clean enough esp the blankets covering the bed were quite dirty. neither complimentary water bottle nor kettle in room was a minus. despite having air-con, it's forbidden to be turned on until summer months. somehow some towels smell cheesy tho looks clean in appearance. breakfast is pretty good"

"It was quite a surprise staying at B&B Sorrento Central. Totally exceeded our expectations in terms of room amenities. As for the breakfast, do not expect a grand spread. However, they do have waffles,pancakes,bread,croissants, cornflakes, mueslis and yogurts. They have a water dispenser for filling up for water and a coffee machine that is available for morning breakfast. Walking to town takes about 8-10minutes, the port however takes around 25-30mins. Do note that there is a bowling alley right beside the B&B and there is a chance of hearing balls rolling down the lanes till 11pm 😆"

"Being a hotel manager myself, the hotel is not up to a 4 star level. Starting from the positives,the hotel is on a great central location, very close to the beach,the marinas, all restaurants-shops & train bus stations. The reception team was lovely & the receptionist who checked us in (Terry) was very nice & provided us with the info needed (breakfast times, wifi code etc). The reception lobby was nice. The room was a double standard but very noisy as it was facing the street,the balcony was a Juliette balcony so you cannot use it to sit etc, the shower was the tiny & old,the minibar did not work at all (was not cooling) & when reported to the reception they did not offer to look at it.no iron or ironing board in the room, when we asked for it, we were told to pick it up from the reception and the iron had limescale on it so it was not usable (could stain our clothes. The cleaninless of the room was fair, however I could see that the floor was not hoovered or mopped during our stay. The breakfast was nice and had some traditional items, the service was good but many items were finished by 9:30 and were not replenished as the breakfast was ending at 10am. This is not right, the breakfast buffet must have enough offering until closing time. Also it is served indoors so for those who want a breakfast view, it’s not ideal. The pool was small but clean. The hotel amenities, service, offering & status of rooms reflect to a 3 star hotel and the price per night (€200 approx) is quite high for this type of hotel. "

"Superb traditional Italian hotel, located in the centre of Sorrento, less than one minute walk from Piazza Tasso. The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. There is an outside swimming pool and bar, with always plenty of sunbeds available, so no need to be up at 6.30am to reserve your place. The inclusive buffet breakfast was particularly good. There was an extensive choice of scrambled egg, pancakes, cereals, smoked salmon, yoghurts etc, as well as a delicious selection of home made cakes and pastries. For me, the stand out point was definitely how friendly all the staff at the hotel were. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely wanted to please."
