The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

I stayed at the INN PETRELLA in Milan during a solo trip and was pleased with my choice. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it a great option for those who travel a lot or are planning trips to other cities. A nice bonus was the coffee and croissant provided in the mornings—a small but very nice touch. I also appreciated the keys provided for the lockers, allowing me to safely leave my luggage without worrying about my belongings. Overall, the service was excellent: the staff was friendly and helpful. A good option for the price, convenience, and location.

Great stay! I chose this place because of the convenient transportation. This price is not expensive in Europe. Very warm, many decorations are very cute, I personally love this kind of retro style, like home. There is also breakfast, the host family is very kind, recommended!

I got a free room upgrade, and the hotel is literally just across the street from the train station. You can even see the hotel sign right from the station! Plus, the train station has elevators, which is a huge bonus if you're traveling with luggage. Getting to Venice from here is super easy too!

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The hotel's location is quite good, close to the city center, but it's genuinely small. If you have two large suitcases, there won't be enough space for them. I've noticed that hotels in Europe that still use physical keys🔑 tend to be old, outdated, or privately run, small, and lacking in facilities. So, when booking a hotel in Europe, you really need to check if they use key cards or physical keys. If it's the latter, definitely give it a pass. The hotel's breakfast is in the basement. It offers a slightly wider selection of bread than the previous Swiss hotel I stayed at, but it's still just passable. 'White people food' mostly consists of bread, after all.

The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well
