"I can't believe I found such a spacious apartment hotel right in the heart of Rome's city center/Old Town! It's astonishing, and it's even a cultural heritage site, built in 1400. The front desk told me it took 10 years to renovate! You can see the beautiful church next door right from the window! I remember when I came to Rome a few years ago, I booked a hotel that was more expensive but only a third of the size. That's why this time, before booking, I specifically focused on the room size because I felt the rooms in Rome were too small last time! This is truly amazing, 30 square meters! Absolutely luxurious! The hotel is very new and still has a bit of a smell, but it's not an issue because the huge windows can be opened for ventilation! The front desk even upgraded my room, which was just incredible for one person. With two 30-inch suitcases and one small suitcase spread out, there was still so, so much space, and I could walk around very comfortably! When traveling, you really need a spacious hotel room because it instantly helps you relax after a tiring day! I stayed for one night, then went to Tuscany, and came back to stay for another two nights! Every day, they even gave us different snacks! Anyway, I think for this price, given the size and location, I really hope they don't raise the prices later! 😝"

"The 15 sqm room was surprisingly spacious! There were little nooks under both windows, perfect for stashing luggage, and the curtains cleverly concealed them, making the room feel tidy and open. Plus, there was a large sofa along one wall. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk to all the main attractions, with the Trevi Fountain just a 3-minute stroll away. The hotel entrance is right on Rome's main thoroughfare, Via del Corso, which has tons of bus routes. This was especially great for us, as we love seeing the city from the bus and had a 72-hour bus pass. The female front desk staff member was very friendly and proactively helpful. The tall young man in the restaurant also provided excellent and attentive service. On our last two days, I injured my back. After check-out, we still had several hours until our airport transfer arrived and nowhere to rest. The hotel specially arranged a resting spot for us, which was incredibly thoughtful."

"I called the hotel in advance to ask if I could leave my luggage before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, and they immediately said yes. The staff member was very professional and helpful. When I arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy. They even helped me carry my heavy luggage, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent—only an 11-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and about 15 minutes to the Colosseum. It's very close to everything, and I felt safe walking around the area. "Плюсы: идеальное расположение, весь центр можно пройти пешком. Отель находится в инстаграмом переулке, в старом фонде, очень атмосферно! Это помогло закрыть глаза на все минусы. Ещё - хороший сервис, отвечают быстро на сообщения в WhatsApp, приветливая девушка администратор Минусы: старый ремонт, это отталкивает! Выделите немного денег и сделайте стены снова белыми, они все поцарапанные, это сразу бросается в глаза и отталкивает. В душе плохо уходит вода, неприятно мыться даже в кроксах, стоишь в воде по щиколотку, а если бы у меня не было с собой тапочек?🤢 для одеяла хотелось бы видеть пододеяльник, а не сложенные простыни. Все минусы вроде бы мелочи, но создают отталкивающее общее впечатление. Очень жаль, ведь сервис и расположение отеля действительно хорошие, но возвращаться и рекомендовать я бы не стала."

"We paid so high but we got the basement room at the end of the corner near exit room. They said it is because we arrive late at night. Well, i have already msg the hotel long time ago to prepare for us and we will be coming late. So i guess not enough proffesional. The front desk promised us to put us on highest floor with better room but finally the next lobby man only give me second floor but it is litttle better room rather than the basement rooom so bad experienced. We are couple but they give us separate bed on the next day. We dont want to argue so we accept it because our basement room is totally sucks. Worst nightmare ever experience in our lives. We cant boil our water because the kettle is so dirty . But overall is ok. It is not just what we expected like we stay in paris with the same price we paid but everything is much better and better service."
