"Very helpful staff at reception, spoke fluent English which helped me a lot.  Absolute amazing view of the San Siro football stadium, and an American Diner 3 metres next to the hotel.   Double bed was huge and comfortable, shower and toilet very clean.  All very efficient and again, amazing view."

"This hotel is quite good, located conveniently between the city center and the new Milan International Exhibition Center. It's a suitable option for those attending exhibitions, offering a good balance. Getting to the city center isn't far, and access to the exhibition hall is also convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is decent. For an exhibition period in Italy, this type of hotel is quite appropriate."

"Not great value for money. I specifically booked a King Room, which was 30 square meters, but the bathroom and sofa were old and dirty. The hotel lobby staff weren't welcoming at all; they'd only answer if you asked a direct question. The breakfast selection was very limited, so I ended up ordering takeout every day. The soundproofing was also terrible. I had to extend my stay for one night due to work, which was inconvenient as I had to switch hotels. I definitely don't recommend this place and will not be choosing it for future business trips. For over 1400, you can easily find a much better hotel."

"The room was fantastic, and ever member of the staff was VERY hospitable (especially the bartenders/servers). I will certainly be back on my next trip to Milan. The location wasn't bad, but everything is a good distance away from all of the action in Milan. The plus side is that there is a bus stop just across the road, and the metro station is only about a 10 minute walk."

"In general was good, even though check in was before 00:00 we were allowed to check in after midnight. The receptionist was kind except for one who was frustrated to our request for a blanket. He commented that one guest was complaining that the AC didn’t work and now we were requesting a blanket. There was no blanket in the room. There were only bedding sheets, which means at night it was pretty cold. And the cold air was blowing from downside of the main door to the room.  They were some stains, dead mosquito on the wall. Regarding breakfast besides ham/bacon, there was no chicken or beef, there was enough coffee.  Kitchen worker during the breakfast was cleaning pretty loud  the dishes, it was a little unpleasant eating while in the same room the kitchen worker was cleaning the dishes loudly. Our request for quieter room was taken in mind and we got it . 😉"

"Really happy with all the services. Nice pool, beautiful rooms, all the people working there were really kind. The bathroom is really nice, the bed was super confortable. The two little black spot would be that it’s bit far of the center of Milan, and the subway is not near the hotel. And the view from my room, wasn’t really nice. Over that, everything was perfect !"

"A relatively satisfactory accommodation experience~~ Facilities: Very complete facilities, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste Hygiene: Someone comes to clean and clean every day🧹 Environment: It is relatively remote and far from the city center, but the hotel's environment is still good. Service: OK. The door lock was broken and was repaired promptly. The breakfast was quite delicious."

"Location is good to take various public transports going into the city centre. Room is spacious and offer kettle for hot water. Just as usual the door sound proofing is a bit weak. Time to time we can hear guests passing by speaking at the hallway."

"We drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable! But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match. Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel. Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor. Enough choices for breakfast. Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs."
