The staff were cheerful, the service was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only minor inconvenience was having the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, which wasn't very comfortable or practical.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and very relaxing from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive. The food was excellent with great variety and high quality. Overall, it was a perfect experience full of comfort and luxury, and I would definitely visit again.

This stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with excellent facilities that felt luxurious. It was perfect for both relaxing and working. What really impressed me was the hotel gym – it was fully equipped, meticulously clean, and had a great selection of machines in a bright, airy space. There was even a comfortable relaxation area afterwards, making for a truly superb workout experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, with quality evident in every detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, clean rooms, convenient rooms, very nice to be in. Stopped to stay before departure, near the airport. It seems the only most convenient location hotel in relation to price/quality. Very recommended 👍

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. We had a pleasant stay. The price was reasonable, and the international breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. While the bathroom could use a bit of an update, overall, it was a comfortable experience.

Our trip was for a surgery. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything, and their service was outstanding. The room was warm and comfortable, and all the staff were very respectful. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

The staff is very respectful and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
