"I was very happy to receive a room upgrade upon check-in. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell that is common in hotels, so I had a very comfortable stay. The linens were also very soft and comfortable. I especially liked the pajama-style sleepwear, which came in separate tops and bottoms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"I use this hotel because I have a study group in Nagano Prefecture every month.
Everyone at the front desk is kind and polite.
Breakfast is a buffet and the contents remain the same, but I think breakfast is pretty much the same everywhere.
If you get tired of it, you can purchase something at a nearby convenience store.
I come by car, but when it snows, the train is fine too. It's convenient as it's right next to the station.
I'll use it again."
"I arrived late at night without meals and left by the first train, but I felt the soothingness unique to a small place. The lady's response is kind, and the sulfur-scented hot spring water is also good."
"Exceeded expectations! clean! tidy! The setting is perfect! It turned out to be a 150-year-old store. The service in the Millennium Hot Spring Town is very warm, simple and in place, very professional and intimate. I really enjoy this hotel, the water is very clean, the house is very comfortable, and the daily meals are full!"
"Perfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy."
"It was amazing! Starting from meeting at the station and ending with perfect water temperature!
I had amazing experience with kaiseki cuisine, which this hotel provide. It was so tasty and so many things, that I was overeating. 😅 And I meet a samurai (mascot) during the dinner. ☺️
The room was exactly the same with picture and really comfortable.👍🏻
It is possible to take a private bath in the hotel. I used this service and can say, that I totally enjoyed it!
As you can understand, I am really impressed by this hotel.
Highly recommend it!"
"It was very beautiful and comfortable. I didn't care about the sound around me at all. It is far from Ueda station, but it is a recommended hotel for car travel."

Outstanding
BBeckyThis hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life.
Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms.
Overall a great experience and stay.
Kkentaro hiraharaThe people at the inn were very attentive and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
The food was also delicious and there was so much we couldn't finish it.
It would be nice to stay two or three nights instead of just one and relax. I would definitely use Nakamatsuya again.
KKj1205 HirohataThe staff were polite.
It was enough to stay, so there was nothing to worry about. I am satisfied because the bath and toilet were clean and I had a minimum life.
It is satisfied that it is possible to finish meals without inconvenience because it is in front of the station.
GGuest UserI stayed here while touring a winery.
Thank you to all the staff at the front desk and in the dining area for your wonderful hospitality!!
Even when we were slow and sluggish, you didn't rush us and we had a comfortable stay right up until check-out.
I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!
BbestbingDuring the off-season, breakfast is not included. But the hotel is very quiet, the hot springs are comfortable, and there is a nice back garden. To the Anle Temple, the Guanyin to the north is within walking distance. Traditional Japanese room and service. The lobby layout is very beautiful.
GGuest UserThe manager is very nice and helpful, he even prepared all the informations such as map, good places to eat etc. for our next destination.
The onsen is lukewarm, we can enjoy a long bath and relax.
GGuest UserExcellent! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! It's incredibly convenient to buy things and eat things. In short, it's just one word: excellent! Excellent!
SShangxiaofeng·ditelishiA traditional Japanese-style hotel for some years, the facilities have traces of years, but the care is still relatively clean.
The hotel is very close to JR Ueda Station and it takes five minutes to walk. It should be noted that breakfast needs to go to another sister hotel for dinner, and it takes3-5 minutes to walk. Breakfast is relatively simple and tastes OK.
It is a hotel that can be used as a transit accommodation, the price is very good, will stay here next time.
