Amazing. Genuinely couldn’t fault it. I arrived very late in the evening after a flight and the gentlemen on the check-in desk was so lovely and helpful and made me feel right at home. He also offered me all the freebies, from toothpastes and a toothbrush to facial cleansing oil and green tea bags… I got up to my room and it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom, the bedroom, the living space, all like new. They even had a smart tv in the room which was very unexpected and a nice treat after a long day, just like the bath. I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone. A 4 minute walk from Izumisano Staion so perfect to get the Airport Express train directly from or to Kansai Airport.

YinanxiaoxiongmaoI had an early morning flight the next day, so I stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised. It's very close to the station, the room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally beautiful with a large bathtub perfect for relaxing. Overall, getting a hotel of this quality for the price was truly satisfying.

Whenever I have an early morning flight from Kansai Airport, I always stay here the night before. It's still the best option in terms of both price and time. It's not a traditional capsule hotel; these are large pods where you can actually stand up, and the bed is spacious. They provide makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. There's also a hot bath to relax in, and a coin-operated washer/dryer combo. I've tried staying in Osaka and catching the first train, or staying in Rinku Town and taking the train or airport bus – both were exhausting, and I was always worried I'd miss my alarm. Staying here, people start packing and leaving around 5 or 6 AM, which helps me wake up. Since I'm a pretty sound sleeper, I actually quite like that.

Very close to the airport, and the Lawson convenience store downstairs is a big plus. The parking lot is huge, and parking is free. There's a large public bath on the first floor, and they even have a good selection of free manga to read. It's a shame they don't offer an airport shuttle service, though.

The room was spacious, though the decor was a bit dated. However, it was very clean. There's a free shuttle to the airport, which is super convenient and only takes about 15 minutes. There's also a large supermarket nearby that stays open until 10 PM, great for browsing. Their prices are about 10% cheaper than 7-Eleven, and they even have discounted items in the evenings. Plus, it's just one stop away from the outlet mall, making getting around very easy.

She even provided the airport transfer schedule for the next day and, knowing we were Chinese, offered us information in Chinese, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The next day, the driver was already waiting outside well in advance and proactively helped us with our luggage.
The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There are also plenty of dining options within 100 meters. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Japan.

We flew into Kansai airport and this little hotel was a great spot to land. They have a pickup service from the airport that you pay for and from Hineno train station for free. We definitely could have taken the train but it was really nice to get picked up and the driver was great. The room itself was exactly as advertised. It was quiet and clean and the bath was large and relaxing after a long flight. The room is tatami style but the mattresses are cofmortable so as long as you're ok getting up and down it's comfortable and peaceful. There aren't many reataurants nearby and when I asked the staff for recommendations, I was directed to google maps... so I looked at google maps and discovered that if you're prepared to walk for 20 minutes through the neighbourhood there is the best okonomiaki we've ever had at a little local place called Petanko. We'd definitley stay again.

The room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.

Self check-in sounds convenient but is troublesome, as overseas traveler we won't want to call the hotel number from our mobile phone as the charges will be high, overseas traveler prefers to call via Whatsapp (for my case) or probably other social media to avoid incurring high cost via phone number. However, there is no such option for us. Had to get my relative staying in Japan to call hotel number to get the right pin to go up the lift and room. Left outside the lift waiting for the pin for >15min. Apparently my relative who made the call says the hotel receptionist wasn't friendly in replying his call. Kindly improve the method for traveler to get the right pin instead of relying on phone call, not convenient to overseas travelers.
