シュウさんI flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with luggage. The instructions for taking the shuttle on the hotel's website were also very accurate. Upon check-in, the front desk provides a boarding pass; make sure to keep it with you, as you'll need to show it to the driver whether you're going to Kawasaki Station or the airport. Besides catching the shuttle on time from the designated spot at T2 upon arrival, I also took a ride to Kawasaki Station after checking in. From Kawasaki Station, I took the JR to Ueno Park, which cost 440 yen one way, passing through famous stations like Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, and Akihabara along the way. In the evening, I returned to Kawasaki Station and caught the last shuttle back to the hotel exactly at 10:45 PM. The next morning, I took the first shuttle of the day from the hotel to the airport at 5:20 AM, again, perfectly on time. This kind of reliability is incredibly important for travelers. Next time, I'll definitely plan to stay for a few more days. A big thank you to all the hotel bus drivers! 🌹

HHehehe_233This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the greater Tokyo area! The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's very close to JR Kawasaki Station, and you can reach Tokyo Station in about 20 minutes with just three stops on the Tokaido Line. It really holds its own against hotels within central Tokyo. The area around Kawasaki Station is also bustling with businesses. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. The room itself was spotless and tidy, and the amenities were well-appointed – even the TV was a large Sony. Thank you!!

GGuest UserMe and my girlfriend booked at the slash hotel for 9 days on our first trip to Japan ! It was an amazing experience and the hotel was perfect for the two of us(the rooms are a little small compared to the pictures they provided but again, it was perfect for us)😊. It’s close to many amazing ramen restaurants with lots of night activities ! It also was right next to many convenient stores and a drug store for your needs ! They have the coffee and tea area on the 10th floor that my girlfriend loved and was free of charge so she was able to get her morning coffee everyday 😆. I highly recommend this hotel if you either need a quick place to stay or even for a whole Japan trip like us as foreigners. The staff was really helpful and kind and not to mention the service was amazing with breakfast so I would also recommend getting the breakfast package when staying ( if you don’t, you can still purchase breakfast there if needed).  Thank you so much Kawasaki hotel for the amazing experience and care that we received !

GGuest UserA charming small hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. Located in a residential district of Kawasaki, about a 10-minute walk from the train and metro stations. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, featuring a raised futon bed. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a Japanese kimono for walking around the property are provided in the room. The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. On the ground floor, there's a cozy lounge where breakfast is served (simple pre-set meals—miso soup and a rice sandwich). A unique feature is the 24-hour access to a selection of several types of sake, drinks, juices, craft beer, and hot snacks in the hotel lobby—all included in the room rate. In summary, a modern hotel with authentic Japanese flair and the added bonus of free sake tasting. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserVery convenient location next to JR and Keikyu train stations for travellers. Several restaurants located within the building, walking distance to shopping centres and underground streets. Hotel staffs were friendly and daily room clean up service upon request. It’s also good to mention that a self serve coffee machine, ice machine and hot water with tea bags are available at the lift lobby 😀😀😀😀.

BBig BeckerCompared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one. That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!

GGuest UserFlexstay Inn Kawasaki is located just under 1 km from Kawasaki Train Station. On the day that I arrived, I ended up being late due to travel from the previous location. I contacted Flexstay prior to make this arrangement and they were very accommodating allowing me to check-in at 11pm. The Hotel is very close to convenience stores or if you want to choose from a range of restaurants, they are all within walking distance, as are a range of different shops for those wanting a shopping experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was standard size with a TV, microwave, mini fridge and WiFi. I would have liked to have had access to an electric kettle, rather than one that sat on a cooktop. The bathroom was a toilet / bath / shower combined and body wash / shampoo and conditioner were all provided. I appreciated that staff allowed me to have a parcel sent to the Hotel that they held onto and provided me with a note, letting me know that it could be collected at the check-in desk. There was an issue with the hand basin not allowing the water to drain correctly, but as soon as I notified staff, it was rectified straight away. As the Hotel is close to a busy intersection, just be aware that there is noise from traffic throughout the day and night.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very standard and the bed is clean. The room is old but well-equipped. The bed in my room is facing two wire doors, which is a bit scary but acceptable. There was no hair dryer in my room during the stay. After I told the front desk staff, they found it for me in time. The decoration at the entrance of the store is very stylish
