PPearl6494Everything was great, I have no complaints, except that all the panel instructions were only in Korean, with no English explanations. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather South Korea's cultural and political situation; even the outside world displayed in the elevators is entirely in Korean, completely disconnected from the rest of the world.

MmiumiuJust a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport. It's new, very clean, and has that typical American hotel style at a reasonable price. I usually stay at Ibis when traveling to England and France, and their quality is always reliable. From now on, whenever I fly through Incheon, I'll be staying here.

Uuniverse96Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy.
Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the subway station, but the subway exit directly in front of it was a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, even providing information in Chinese. The room was quite small but had all the necessary facilities. The hygiene was outstanding; I barely saw any dust. The hotel breakfast was decent, leaning towards Korean style. The meat dishes were a bit limited, but there was a good variety of staple foods (bread, Jajangmyeon, rice). There were many types of kimchi to choose from. The drinks were a bit plain, with only orange juice, hot soup, and hot coffee available.

KKelley niceThis hotel's location is fantastic, perfect for a layover if you have early morning or late night flights. It's just two subway stops from Incheon Airport to Unseo Station, and then a 10-minute walk from Exit 1. The rooms are great, well-equipped, clean, and even have a sauna. Plus, Unseo itself is very convenient now, with malls and restaurants right outside the station. It's ideal if you're not planning to go into the city center.

EEvgmiIt was a wonderful experience. I was booking accommodation to work. The WiFi and the room were great. I was a little lost when checking in, but the host helped me.
Location near the subway station, quiet area. There are many cafes around. It was a comfortable location for me, but it's little far from tourist attractions. But it's perfect just for life.
I'll definitely stop here again.

GGuest UserI chose a room on the 16th floor with a skylight, thinking it would be quiet, but it actually faced a major road. At night, I could hear cars revving their engines – pretty scary, and I didn't sleep well.
The facilities are old. At night, there was a humming sound from the fridge and inexplicable creaking from the floor-to-ceiling window.
The cleanliness was mediocre; there was a short hair on the pillow.
You don't need to bring a universal adapter.
The location is indeed a bit remote; it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest Olive Young.
When I checked out, I forgot my pink towel in the room. It was clearly not a disposable one, but the hotel said they couldn't find it after I asked twice. Oh well.

GGuest UserLove the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

GGuest UserThe place is very nice overall, with great amenities and a comfortable setup. I especially appreciated having a washing machine and a space to dry clothes, which made a big difference during my long stay.
However, I found it quite odd that the kitchenette was essentially non-functional. I understand there may be fire safety regulations in Korea, but it still felt strange that there were no basic items provided, not even a plate or a spoon.
On the positive side, the shower was excellent, and the TV was modern and easy to use, I was able to download all the apps I needed without any issues. The heating system also worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was spotless throughout my stay.
That said, there were a few inconveniences. The smoking announcement played twice a day in three languages, which became quite annoying over time. I understand the importance of enforcing non-smoking rules and I’m also very sensitive to smells, but the repeated loud announcements can be disruptive, especially when trying to rest or work.
Another point is that there’s usually no staff at reception. I didn’t mind the self check-in process, it was actually quite easy, but when I did try to ask a question to the staff member who was present (handling check-in cards), she was quite impolite and unwilling to help. As a foreigner, I found this particularly discouraging. I was doing my best to communicate, and she didn’t make any effort to assist, even something as simple as connecting via KakaoTalk, which I had installed specifically for communication.
Lastly, I would suggest providing more toilet paper and tissues, especially for longer stays.

MmailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
