"Place was good and we could park the car well. The parking garage manager was really kind. The hotel has 7 eleven downstairs and also a laundry room if you pay (the wasmachine is really big so you could drop all your clothes at the end of the stay). The only little problem is the room is a bit small. We had quit big suitcases so if you bring big suitcases, book a bigger room or be smart when packing. The location is really nice only 2 minutes from the market and so many food options around the hotel!"

The location is convenient for getting around, the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. "Stayed in the main building. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff, mostly middle-aged, could speak Mandarin and were warm and friendly. There’s self-service washing machine—it was very convenient. Honeymoon House Cafe, Geumunyeo Coastal and Jeongbang Waterfall are nearby."

"The location is great and it's not noisy at all. The room is clean and tidy, just right for one person. You can also enjoy the sunset views later. The location is excellent, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Olle Market, where you can buy some food and grab lunch or dinner."

"Great stay overall. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the carpark staff. The room was well-maintained, though the carpet could have been cleaner. 2 minor issue was that the toilet light would occasionally switch off unexpectedly and window mesh are not sealed properly that caused the mosquito to fly in. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience."

"Getting here from the city center involves taking bus 510 and then about a ten-minute walk. However, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring attractions near Seogwipo. They offer luggage storage, even utilizing a disused restaurant space specifically for this. The sea view rooms are well-located; I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for the best views, as my room was on the fifth. The room itself was just average; it felt quite cramped with two suitcases opened, and the plush carpet looked a bit tired. The bathroom had a shower, which I actually liked as it's quite uncommon in Jeju. There's an infinity pool on the 7th floor, though it does incur an extra charge. While the front desk staff's English was passable, most communication was still in Korean. Overall, it felt like a domestic budget hotel with a sea view, which is understandable given the price point."

"Really nice hotel. Our room was huge ! The rooftop pool is heated and is great after a long day of exploration. Location is good, 10min walk from the market and the waterfall.  The only thing is that we required no service and the housekeeper still came and did only one bed out of 2, the next day one of the bathrobes belt was gone which is a bit weird..  I added breakfast one mornging and it was ok. Maybe more continental options would be good (bacon, cheese,etc)  The staff is very helpful and really nice ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mstay Hotel and we were very happy and satisfied with our experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved the smart toilet feature and the nice view from our room, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent and very convenient. It’s just a few minutes from Cheonjiyeon Falls, the bridge, tourist spots, and nearby parks. It’s also within walking distance to Olle Market, black pork BBQ restaurant, convenience stores, laundry facilities, and the bus stop going to Jeju City. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely book here again on our next visit!"

"The CU closes at 11pm. Self laundry accepts credit card payments. They only gave us 1 room card however, we ended up with 2 because we accidentally locked ourselves out at one point. The 2 double bed rooms were simple and clean. Bathroom is a decent size. Only had a shower which we like. It came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The body wash spelt kind of weird though but we were still glad to have some available. The bath towels do not come with Americanized bath towels, they are actually very small like a neck towel but we worked with it. The bathroom has a bidet, a hairdryer and hand soap. AC was great and glad it came with a remote to control the temperature. The light switch located on the drawer was very convenient. Everyday the housekeepers would replace our towels and give us 4 bottles of water or they would leave it outside our door if we don’t want to be disturbed. The hotel is in the middle of the mountains. And the closest town is about 15 minute drive. Recommended getting a rental car. All in all our experience was great, we love Jeju and we loved the view of our hotel room."

"The hotel is currently in its soft opening phase and seems to have been recently renovated. There's a slight renovation smell in the hallways, but not in the rooms. The room itself is spacious; I could open two large suitcases and still have room to move around. The owner was very warm and friendly, and even arranged for a higher floor so I could see the Birds’ Nest Bridge lit up at night. The hotel's location is excellent. You can walk to Cheonjiyeon Falls and the Seogwipo Submarine. It's also only about a six to seven-minute walk to the Olle Market and Lee Jung Seop Street. Getting to the hotel was also convenient: take bus 600 from Gate 5 at the airport, get off at Saetgijeong Park, and then it's about a 5-minute walk across the street following navigation. The bus fare was 5500 won, and the journey took about an hour and a half."
