"The amenities and room were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for couples to enjoy your staycation at KL. Tons of food near the hotel as well. They even have a sauna room near the gym area."
"My all time favourite suite. Both checking in and out procedures were smooth. The room is clean and spacious, equipped with a fridge, two air conditioners, a TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and toiletries. The bonus point was the washing machine and dryer. Parking lot was complimented and guarded. Downstairs were Bila-Bila Mart, HWC coffee and Aicha. Nearby eateries were dim sum, Hokkien mee and Teo Chew porridge. Driving distance to Pearl Point shopping mall and Kuchai Lama. I strongly recommend this suite to all travellers in Kuala Lumpur."
"An absolute gem! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the city. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was a culinary delight. Will definitely return!"
"Good location, close to the monorail station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the lifts were quite slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"We stayed at Hotel Armada for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the doorman was particularly helpful and friendly. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of options, with something for everyone.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay."
"Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel is located near Pavilion Bukit Jalil, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment without travelling too far. There are also plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which is very convenient for both short and longer stays. The location is well connected and easy to get around from. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back again when visiting Bukit Jalil or Kuala Lumpur."
"I ALWAYS TAKE THIS PLACE WHEN I COME HERE. GOOD AMINITIES, NEAR TO MOST OF THE PLACE AND EASY EXCESS TO THE HIGHWAY.
AND GOOD HOST. WILL BOOK AGAIN IN FUTURE"
"Pros:
1. Had a smooth check-in & check-out.
2. Fresh air room & clean space.
3. Very near to KL Sentral (main public transport area) - less than 10 minutes of driving
4. Staffs (front-desk & security) are nice.
5. Affordable price.
Cons:
1. A bit far from the main city (if you prefer a walkable location to the main area like Petronas Twin Tower, KLCC Tower, Bukit Bintang, TRX)
2. The sink on the bathroom & tv remote aren't working. (I've asked the front-desk if they could provide us battery to replace the old one but they said we need to wait for housekeeping next morning).
3. Elevators take a lot of time to wait."

Great
DDingdangThis place is located right behind a mosque. While it's not on the main road, there are 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and even a Segi Fresh nearby, making daily life very convenient. The best part is the safety; you need to pass through three doors with access cards to get into the unit. The pool is incredibly clean, much cleaner than those 'influencer' pools in the city center. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children – really good! I'd definitely choose this type of apartment again if I have the chance; it's more budget-friendly and comfortable than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment style accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to IKEA (BIKL) and a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping center in Bandar Utama.
GGuest UserOverall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.
GGuest UserAlways a pleasant experience at Somerset Damansara Utama. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. Special thanks to Saravanan for always being attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Truly appreciate the great hospitality!
AAnonymous Userstayed at royale chulan for my sister’s wedding and overall, it was a nice stay. the hotel has that classic, old-money kind of vibe which i really liked, although i do think some areas could be maintained a little better to bring the hotel back to its full charm.
overall, it’s pretty much your average hotel experience — nothing particularly extraordinary, but comfortable enough for a short stay.
special shoutout to the man in the blue baju melayu who helped us with our bags. his service was honestly 10/10 — very helpful, friendly and made such a good first impression. ⭐️
breakfast was probably the weakest part for me, around 6/10. there was room for improvement in terms of the food and overall selection.
overall: a pleasant stay, beautiful old-money atmosphere, but definitely could use better maintenance and an improved breakfast selection.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia.
The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient.
What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated.
As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch.
Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather.
Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.
MMango TyngHad a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright.
Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!

Based on available information, ”Sleepy Bear Hospitality” primarily refers to a serviced apartment management brand (often called Sleepy Bear in English) operating in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in apartment-style accommodations with facilities like kitchens and washing machines.
· 💡 Key Features: Mostly self-check-in, usually offering a gym and pool. However, as it's not a traditional hotel, service response times are often criticized.
· 📍 Main Branches: Several locations in and around Kuala Lumpur, with varying reputations. Popular choices include:
· HighPark Suites: Located in Petaling Jaya, opened in 2024, one of their more representative properties.
· Sleepy Bear's Arte Plus: Located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, newly opened in 2026.
· Anggun Residence: Located in Kuala Lumpur city center, near the Petronas Twin Towers.
⚠️ Important to note:
· Authenticity Check: This is completely different from Vanke's high-end cultural hotel ”You Xiong.” There are also other similarly named hotel companies in China, so pay attention to the distinction when booking.
· Common Complaints: Service is the biggest drawback, with frequent complaints about long waits for check-in, unresponsive customer service, and even difficulty getting room cards. Additionally, bedding tends to be soft, and some mattresses are sagging. It's advisable to proactively contact them in advance after booking to confirm check-in procedures.
If you're interested in a specific branch, let me know, and I can look into more detailed guest experiences for you.
RRamya95The hotel lobby and room were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ladies' parking facility, which was convenient and thoughtful. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom pipe was broken, and the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning properly. In addition, although the room was booked for four guests, only two towels were provided. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were also insufficiently filled and ran low quickly.
I provided this feedback during checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed to further enhance the guest experience.
NNAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
