"Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location."

"The style of the hotel was quite interesting. The room was large and well equipped with a coffee machine and a large TV. The location is a bit away from the main tourist areas but still within walking distance. The location is quite lively with the food hall downstairs. One drawback was that the parking lot was full when we arrived. I recommend to book the parking in advance."

"It is more like a smart hostel so not there were not many people helping, but our CityHost Jed was very helpful and helped us with our check-in. The facilities were very clean and complete with everything one would need for a stay, including towels, shampoo and even a bath robe was provided. It was worth the money and would definitely stay there again!"

"extended booking from our 1st stay, the receptionist placed us at the same room so we don’t need to packed&unpacked again, really a good help! but we a bit sad since during the 2nd cleaning, they didn’t empty the trash bin and take out the dirty cup. but overall we are happy with our stay here."

"We only stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights – we were short on time, so we only picked the most interesting cities to explore. On the plus side: it was clean, comfortable, had a large and cozy bed, and pretty much everything you'd need. However, the lack of slippers was really noticeable. As for the negatives: like many large hotels, they have a paid system for early check-in and extra hours. But the most unpleasant thing was being made to wait two hours upon arrival, under the pretext that 'the room wasn't ready yet.' After a long and tiring journey, such a wait is a real test of patience. During our stay, there was noisy construction outside our window, which would definitely wake you up early in the morning."

A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression. One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location."

"I loved everything this hotel is trying to do which is why I booked it - and I wasn’t disappointed! The hotel is comfy, well appointed and the level of thought in the sustainable construction and running of the hotel is next level. The room was well designed and laid out particularly the gold back bathroom door. For breakfast there is the extensive menu which at €18 is not cheap (and in my mind should include a barista coffee), or the more price conscious barista coffee and a pastry for €5.50. My only disappointment was that some of the staff were quite offhand, scowling and sighing if you asked a question, and talking negatively about other guests in front of me (a guest). Training will resolve this …"

"Very nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !! However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat. Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good"
