We had a very pleasant stay at Motto’s. The room was compact (as in the descrilption when booking) but well organized, clean and with a big comfy bed. We slept very well. The staff was helpful and kind. The position is excellent near Blaak station, we reached almost every place we wanted to see by foot.

Hotel location is good. Shopping mall all nearby, walking distance. The down part is the staircase leading to the hotel. We had to carried our heavy luggage (20kg) up the staircase. Maybe build a ramp for guest to just pull their luggage. Breakfast is good. The varieties of bread is good. Truly love and enjoy it. Except the location whereby we need to walk quite far from our hotel for 3 days. Treat it as an exercise.

The hotel is nice, clean with quick service at the front desk. Our booking was denied by the hotel due to the amount we should pay directly to the hotel is more than the trip.com's confirmation. The hotel would deny our entry if we did not pay the amount in their system. Thus we paid in and file a complaint to trip.com. In the end, we get the bonus point worth the difference we paid to the hotel from trip.com. I hope, trip.com will be more careful when comes to payment confirmation in the future to avoid the same situation.

Big big issue is that you can’t reach this hotel by car. There is no proper drop-off zone near the entrance. The pedestrian space in front has small cobblestone-like pavement, very annoying if you’re arriving with big suitcases. They have underground parking for around 19 Euro per day, but don’t offer payment by duration. If you arrive by car in afternoon parking on the street or in public parking garages nearby is a cheaper option. The hotel itself is always great. I love the CitizenM brand. Always clean, always fresh, always a nice vibe and friendly staff.

The location is great in the pedestrian zone and only 100 meters from the market hall with its many restaurants and eateries. Centraal and Erasmusbrücke are each a 20-minute walk away. Hotel is still very new, clean and modern. The rooms are rather small but very bright. The breakfast on the upper floor is worth the price. The reception staff is really very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gladly again.
NH Atlanta Rotterdam is just across the street from the Rotterdam World Trade Center and an easy walk to De Doelen Conference Center. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable.
Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.
The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable.
I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Rotterdam and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away, making it very convenient whether you're looking to dine out or do a bit of shopping.
From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out—they were professional, approachable, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Their helpful attitude really added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel itself is well-maintained. The hallways are clean and even have a subtle, pleasant scent that creates a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch in the lobby, where free hot and cold drinking water is available for guests.
The room was spacious and spotless, offering plenty of comfort to relax after a long day. Housekeeping clearly does a great job maintaining cleanliness and order.
That said, there was one downside: my room faced the main road. While this might not bother everyone, I did notice that noise from passing vehicles—especially honking late at night—was quite audible and occasionally disrupted sleep.
Overall, it’s a great hotel with strong service, cleanliness, and location. If you’re a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a room that doesn’t face the road.
Our prime location in the heart of the city puts you steps away from top attractions, vibrant nightlife, and a world-class culinary scene. Be greeted with our signature warm chocolate chip cookie, a DoubleTree tradition upon arrival.
Unwind in style in our comfortable guest rooms, many featuring stunning views of the city or the water. We offer a variety of room options to suit your needs whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family.

Stay active in our well-equipped fitness center or purchase a day pass to rejuvenate in Haven Spa with access to the sauna, steam room and indoor pool.
The hotel's versatile meeting spaces located on the upper floors boast breathtaking panoramic views and are ideal for conferences, meetings, or social events. Our dedicated events team will ensure your function is a success.

Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.
The ibis Rotterdam City Center is a modern, trendy and cashless payment hotel in the center of Rotterdam. Located in a quiet area of the Wijnhaven harbor with waterfront terrace and only 300 meters away from the Rotterdam Foodhallen. With excellent public transport via Blaak Station, the WTC Rotterdam, Cruise Terminal and Erasmus University are within easy reach. The Hague Rotterdam Airport can be reached within 15 minutes and public indoor payed parking is available close by.

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating. On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning.
However, on the third night the heating broke down again and started blowing cold air, this time only in our room. The staff were unable to fix it, so we had to change rooms late at night and move all our belongings to a new room. The new room worked fine, but the experience was quite inconvenient.
Having the same issue twice and needing to move rooms made our stay less comfortable than expected.
Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton offers spacious rooms focused on lifestyle and wellness, located at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge with views of Leuvehaven and the Rotterdam skyline. Its city centre location allows convenient exploration of Rotterdam and accessibility by metro, tram, train, car, and water taxi. The hotel features fitness, wellness, spa, and pool facilities, a restaurant and bar with a waterfront terrace, and meeting and event facilities including a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Leuvehaven.

Very nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !!
However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat.
Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

GGuest UserHad a great experience! The location was excellent, and I'd definitely consider staying here again. Check-in was very smooth and convenient, and the room was spotlessly clean. The amenities provided were also very effective.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, especially if you’re driving — very convenient with nearby parking. I pre-booked parking through Interparking, which turned out to be much more cost-effective than on-site options.
The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained — overall a solid stay in terms of comfort and quality.
One downside: the elevators were under renovation during my stay, so there was some waiting time, especially during peak hours.
DDee SparksConveniently located just 15 minutes from both the train station and the main shopping district, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the area. It stands out as one of the better options in its category, offering comfort and excellent service.
The staff are a true highlight – friendly, attentive, and responsive to all enquiries. A special mention goes to Merle, who went above and beyond to assist us with travel arrangements. Her warm and professional manner made a lasting impression.
One area for improvement is the breakfast offering. Guests with dietary restrictions or those who avoid meat and eggs may find the options somewhat limited. Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.
GGuest UserOur initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers.
The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring!
The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.
SSteph4uThe hotel itself is like a mini museum. Love the interior design! Staff are very friendly, there is no lift, but the kind staff helped me carried my huge suitcase all the way up to the 3rd floor. It’s be even better to have a kettle or hairdryer in the room. Had a comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit Rotterdam! Thanks for the lovely stay!
GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the center. The reception staff was friendly.
The restaurant was poorly clean. Cables and other items were scattered around the buffet. The breakfast area was unappealing. The waiters only superficially wiped the tables. The buffet looked uninviting.
Overall, it's okay for an overnight stay, but unsuitable for a clean and pleasant breakfast.
SSuiyongLocation near Rotterdam Centraal ~900Metre can take tram No 8 platform A to The hostel a few minutes can use credit card scan at the tram when you get in tram and scan to get off tram otherwise they will charge maximum 4Euro I think normal fare is 1.10Euro at Eendrachtsplein station just across road that is hostel. The hostel not available hair dryer, toothpaste toothbrush soap just gel wash and towel if you want towel available at reception and must to pay for it.
There are many shop such as KFC,McDonald, cafe,Albert heijin supermarket.i have booked for 4people in One dorm including bathroom and one more bath room outside
DDua @ LuaWe stayed at Le Marin Boutique Hotel during our trip to Rotterdam. While the hotel is not far from Rotterdam Centraal, first-time visitors should plan their route in advance. We initially followed Apple Maps, which led us on a longer path, but there's actually a more direct route.
The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful environment. It's within walking distance to Chinatown, where you can find various dining and shopping options.
We appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The decor is stylish, with a marine theme and dark tones that add a cozy ambiance.
However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard.
The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city.
Overall, Le Marin Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a unique atmosphere, suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil environment close to the city's attractions.
GGuest UserThe room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window.
We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff!
The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.
GGuest UserOk let's start with Abigail ( hope spelling is correct) She was delightful. Checked me in and gave me several pointers for where to go, what to see and directions. Other staff there hangIng out also a great tour guide, sorry did not exchange names. The room was good. Only the shower was rough to enter with the glass door opening only part way. Was noted when I checked out to repair. But soo much walkable places close to eat and drink.
