It's a mixed bag. On the upside, it's within walking distance of the train station, and the price is decent. Plus, there's a pedestrian street downstairs with lots of food options. The downsides are that the 'economy' room feels like an afterthought, a leftover space from other rooms. The layout is really odd, the room is small, and it definitely doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The tea station was so badly designed that the kettle couldn't even sit flat. To top it off, the kettle was dusty and still had cold water left by the previous guest, clearly showing that this part hadn't been cleaned at all. The public area on the second floor is a highlight though; it's very pretty, a good spot to relax if you don't want to stay in your room.

The stay experience was excellent. The lobby was grand, the room hygiene was very good, and breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's also a gym, which is great for daily workouts, and the location is convenient.

Impeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

Expanding the menu to cater to a wider range of dietary needs would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended stay with thoughtful service and a prime location.

Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay in Rotterdam.

The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to answer all our questions. The breakfast buffet was simple, but had everything I needed. The room facilities were complete. The hotel's location is very convenient, with tram and train stations nearby.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Location near Rotterdam Centraal ~900Metre can take tram No 8 platform A to The hostel a few minutes can use credit card scan at the tram when you get in tram and scan to get off tram otherwise they will charge maximum 4Euro I think normal fare is 1.10Euro at Eendrachtsplein station just across road that is hostel.The hostel not available hair dryer,toothpaste toothbrush soap just gel wash and towel if you want towel available at reception and must to pay for it. There are many shop such as KFC,McDonald,cafe,Albert heijin supermarket.i have booked for 4people in One dorm including bathroom and one more bath room outside

Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window. We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff! The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.
