Review: My partner and I stayed at Lupa by Bueno for 2 nights, and it exceeded expectations in terms of comfort, design, and location. Location & Nearby Sightseeing: Perfectly situated on Bulevardul Tomis 49a, the hotel is within easy walking distance of Constanța’s best attractions: Ovidiu Square (Piața Ovidiu) & History Museum: Just a short 5 to 7-minute walk down the avenue. Tomis Marina & Modern Beach: A quick 10-minute stroll, perfect for waterfront dining and seaside walks. Constanța Casino & Promenade: About 15 minutes away on foot along the coast. The Room: We booked the Business Double Room. The interior design is exceptionally sleek and modern, featuring ambient strip lighting, a comfortable queen bed, plush wall paneling, and an armchair with a side table for relaxation. The large windows bring in great natural light, and the flat-screen TV setup seamlessly integrates into the wooden wall design. Bathroom & Amenities: The bathroom is stylish and clean, featuring neutral stone tiling, a large illuminated round mirror, a floating vanity with crisp towels, and a spacious layout. Service & Hotel Facilities: The property itself is pristine and contemporary, with smooth check-in, helpful staff, and a lovely restaurant/bar area on the ground floor. Good to know: Located along Bulevardul Tomis, asking for a high-floor room away from the corner ensures a very quiet and peaceful stay. Excellent choice for couples or business travelers seeking modern luxury in Constanța!

The room was amazing, the view was great and so was the cleanliness of the entire property, not just my room. On the downside though, we had a huge 2 hour delay with our check-i because our room was not ready (checked in at 17:00 instead of the guaranteed 15:00). Moreover, during one of the evenings we decided to order room service, which would not answer the phone, and when we called the front desk they said they can collect our order. After one hour and a half of waiting, we call the front desk again, asking how much longer until our food arrives, and they said soon. 20 minutes or so passed, my partner went to the reception to ask about our food order, to which he found out that the reception has never sent our order. Though, the employee's were very nice and had a smile on their faces when interacting with them!

The hotel room was fabulous! Had a nice warm bath to relax and the ceiling and chandelier were amazing with great ambience. There is a corner store nearby to grab drinks and it’s a 1 km walk to Modern Anchor Beach (20-minute walk). There’s also a French Taco restaurant down the street. I enjoyed my stay greatly!

The room heating worked very well. Clean towels and bed linen were provided. Wi-Fi was unlimited and very fast. Breakfast was very good. Free coffee was available during the day. The room had a kettle, with free tea and coffee also fresh water free. The hotel is located in the city center, with free parking available in front of the hotel and on the nearby street. Highly recommended.

Considering price, room and breakfast are good.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung ließ jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Abstand von 2 Tagen wurde jeweils lediglich die 2 Mülleimer gelehrt, Händtücher getauscht und die Bettdecke etwas zusammengelegt. Der Boden wurde die gesamten 6 Tage über nicht gesaugt oder gar gewischt. Die Bettwäsche wurde nie getauscht. Allerdings muss ich fairerweise auch erwähnen, dass ich nach der 2. Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt hatte, zu einem mit großen Kingsize Bett. Vielleicht hatte man daher gedacht, für die 4 verbliebenen Tage im neuen Zimmer, muss die Bettwäsche dann nicht mehr gewechselt werden. Ansonsten gibt es von mir nichts zu beanstanden.

I had a fantastic stay at Sulina International Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the service from the friendly staff was top-notch, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very good service from staff. Upgrade to special needs suitability. Spacious Room and bathroom. Very good pillows. Air conditioning. Nice ambiance. Very close to the beach. HD TV and Netflix. Perfumed apps. Coffee maker. Cons: Annoying problem with alarm at safe box. Wait at check in. Unannounced city tax that a hotel nearby did not ask.

Very close to the sea, you can walk to the scenic spot. The hotel has a restaurant for three meals a day. The room has a balcony, you can watch the sea from the balcony or sit outside and drink tea. The cleanliness of the room is OK, the hotel has ATM to take RON currency, there is a restaurant nearby, it tastes great.
