"We had to pay €20 to check in an hour early. Additionally, the air in the room was very dry and quite warm, and we couldn't open a window or get the air conditioning to go any cooler. All in all, the location is great. The parking garage under the hotel was also excellent, and the gym was clean and good with a nice view. An average experience overall."
"”The customer service was excellent, and the location was very pleasant. I truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”"
"Great location, 10 minutes walk to the train station, close to the city centre and many attractions. The room is clean. breakfast offers lots of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"The staff were excellent and were able to arrange my room check-in early. The room was on a high floor with a beautiful, unobstructed view. Most importantly, the hotel's breakfast was incredibly plentiful. Considering the room rate and the hotel's overall value, it was excellent value for money. If I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Location is next to Malmö city center and in between train station Triangle and Malmö C. You need around 15min from both station to the hotel by walk, but during your stay everything else is very closed. The Standard family room is very spacious and includes a kitchen. The room has almost everythig that you need … except for knives, which is a bummer if you really want to cook something. On the other hand the breakfast was amazing and you can take your time until 11am. Services provided were also very good. If you have an early fight, you can pre order breakfast boxes for the whole family. The hotel is highly recommended."
"This is my second stay.
I booked a standard single room, which is very large and on the 5th floor!
The hotel provides breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of options. If you come to Malmö, it is worth staying!"
"The rooms are compact but have everything you can want, kitchen, washing machine, oven, TV with integrated Chromecast, spacious bathroom, hairdryer, towels and abundant bathroom. The staff is a little slow, the rooms are not very clean and it is slightly out of the center.
In any case, in my opinion, the price quality ratio remains very high, the area is very quiet, I strongly recommend it."
"Trevligt lägenhetshotell centralt i Malmö. Fem minuters promenad till Triangeln.
Kök i lägenheten med all nödvändig utrustning.
Fin frukostbuffé med ett stort utbud av bröd, bullar, pålägg, äggröra, bacon och en massa annat gott.
Ett riktigt bra alternativ om du vill bo centralt i Malmö. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i området."

Amazing
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Best Western hotel in Malmö. The breakfast they offered was absolutely delicious—every bite was incredible, beyond what I expected. The reception manager also showed special care for us, making us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!
GGuest UserOld-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small.
Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed).
Friendly and helpful staff.
They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand.
Would stay again, if in Malmö
GGuest UserSuperb location. You can actually see the central train station from your hotel room yet the noises are not so bothering. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet is amazing too; I wouldn't say there's a variety but food served is fresh and you get the essential Scandinavian style breakfast choices.
GGuest UserI arrived at around 11 am. I was very surprised that they let me check-in at such an early time. The staff was very nice. Great sea view and a very spacious room that i can fully open my large luggage. Breakfast was delicious but not too many options
DDiver MikelThe hotel is good considering the moderate pricing for Sweden, breakfast is also nice and offers multiple choices! The hotel combines a building of the 1980irs with some of middle age. The hotel has a a parking lot in an underground garage, but although directly under the hotel the elevator does not reach to the parking lot and you need to take the stairs from the lobby. The parking fee is 200 Crowns and it adds substantially to the moderate pricing! The room was pretty large but only had dim light. Unfortunately, the heating control did not work properly. The radiator was all time cold and when we told the reception they said it’s because of the old building. However, they brought us an electrical fan. After some time of using it the fuse was blown up. I didn’t want to complain any more… I think the hotel needs to fix something for guests in the winter time!
GGuest UserWe took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access.
Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you!
BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.
小小犇女I came to Malmö to watch a match. The location is great, right next to the train and bus stations.
There are 24-hour fast food restaurants and large shopping malls nearby. The breakfast was good.
The room was clean, but like most 3-4 star hotels in Europe, it didn't have amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. There was no housekeeping during my stay, and towels and tissues were in short supply; I had to get them from the lobby.
茶茶貓In order to participate in the nearby exhibition, this hotel is set, the overall is quite satisfactory, retro style, the elevator door needs to be manually opened is more inconvenient
The breakfast is very rich, there are a variety of bread, smoked ham, cheese, milk drinks with cereal, smoked salmon is very popular, there is foie gras sauce, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious
The room is slightly smaller, but the bathroom floor has heating which is amazing!
It was a pity that the refrigerator in the room broke on the first day, but the hotel staff changed the new refrigerator the next day and presented two bar coupons to compensate for the food I damaged. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it is quite delicious.
It happened that the exterior of the hotel was being renovated when I checked in, and it was a pity that I didn't see the full appearance.
KKyoka2302Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV.
Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email.
No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
GGuest UserWe had a disabled room. It was a little bigger and comfortable. Unfortunately, AC missed and it could become very hot. We had a view to the grand square and there people gather kl.03 at night when the exhibits close. It's getting quite noisy because it was so hot in the room that we have to sleep with windows open. It was taxi cars there and after 20-25 minutes it became empty and quiet again. But the location fine, staff nice, rooms clean and breakfast good. So it was a good experience overall.
