Hotels near Vaster, Malmo

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western hotel in Malmö. The breakfast they offered was absolutely delicious—every bite was incredible, beyond what I expected. The reception manager also showed special care for us, making us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

This is my second stay. I booked a standard single room, which is very large and on the 5th floor! The hotel provides breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of options. If you come to Malmö, it is worth staying!

It's been over a month since my stay, but it left such an impression that I still wanted to leave a review. We arrived in Malmö early in the morning, and it wasn't a long walk from the train station, even with luggage and kids in tow. The handsome and friendly Melvin at the front desk was a gem and let us check in right away. After a long night of travel, it was a relief to be able to rest before heading out to explore. Our room was on a higher floor. While catching the sunrise in summer Malmö wasn't really possible, the sunset views from the room were absolutely beautiful. Besides the complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, they even had red wine! Too bad we don't drink; otherwise, it would have been lovely to enjoy a glass or two while watching the sunset. Malmö isn't very big, so it was super convenient to walk everywhere. We had an early flight, so we didn't get to experience the breakfast.

Old-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small. Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed). Friendly and helpful staff. They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand. Would stay again, if in Malmö

It is centrally located in Malmo city centre, close to the train station 6 mins away and a convenience store right next to it … food and drinks at Lilla jorg 11 mins away with the best steak at Steakhouse… The Turning Torso building 27mins away….. Ribersborgsstranden, Malmo Titanic Lovelock Point and many more…. The facility was okay for my short stay… breakfast was cold, maybe because I went down for it later than should have…. Free WiFi… local television …

The hotel is in perfect location. Very clean and stuff very polite and kind. We have booked deluxe room sea view because of the full window sea view everyone is talking about but we were disappointed with what we got, since the majority of the view at the sea side was wall (picture attached). No beauty kit is included (cap…) Breakfast area has great view of the city, during the weekend is so busy and pretty tiny and needs reservation , the breakfast choice is nice. During workdays when there is no crowd and is so nice and calm. Anyhow nice hotel but i had higher expectation of the room chosen.

The hotel is located close to two big supermarkets and ATM. For me the room was clean, very large room, the breakfast is good with various foods. The receptions are very welcoming. Before I select this hotel I read some reviews and they said it was smell in room or ,, for me not at all. All ok. If I travel to Malmo I will come here again.

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

I booked this hotel in order to participate in a nearby exhibition. The hotel is generally quite satisfactory and has a retro style. The elevator door needs to be opened manually, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of breads, smoked ham, cheese, and milk drinks with cereals. The smoked salmon is very popular, as well as foie gras, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious. The room is a little small, but the heated bathroom floor is amazing! Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room broke down on the first day, but the hotel staff replaced it with a new one the next day and gave me two bar coupons to compensate for the damaged food. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it’s also quite delicious. The hotel's exterior was being renovated when I checked in, so it was a pity that I didn't see the complete exterior.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
