"I've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time."
"The staff were lovely, very helpful in many ways, and always had a warm smile. The room was clean, and the hotel smelled wonderful. There are vending machines for snacks and sodas, which saves you a trip to the rather distant 7-Eleven."
"Great location! Right after checking in, I just popped across the street to the mall for dinner and some shopping. The breakfast had a good variety, and the coffee was really delicious! The sky pool view was absolutely stunning! I'll definitely come back again."
"The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the subway station and several shopping malls, making getting around and shopping incredibly easy. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Facilities were complete, and the WiFi was stable, leading to an overall satisfying experience. It offers great value for money and is perfect for business travelers and those on short trips. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance and will recommend it to my friends."
"The location is excellent, just a short walk off the main road, making it relatively quiet. Getting to the pier by Grab motorbike was quick, costing only 30-40 THB. The staff were all very friendly. A 1000 THB deposit is required at check-in, and someone will escort you to your room. The key and electricity card are attached together. The room lighting was a bit dim, but it was cleaner than I expected. The bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure was great. The towels were brown, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The pool looked beautiful, but I didn't get a chance to use it as I was on the island all day. I ordered from two nearby delivery places, and both were cheap and delicious. Just a heads-up, the mirror in the room faces the bed, so if that's something you're particular about, you might want to consider it when booking."
"We extended our booking and had no regrets. The hotel met all our expectations – the rooms were clean, the pool was clean and large, and they even installed microwaves on the first floor. We stayed in the bungalows by the pool; the room was spacious, and everything was in working order. I want to give special thanks to the housekeeper Kitikan (I hope I spelled that correctly) – a very pleasant person who does an excellent job!"
"This time, I booked three rooms: a double and two singles. The double room was on the 11th floor with a decent view. There's a bar across from the hotel, but no noise reached the room. The room itself was quite good, not too cramped. Getting to the beach or shopping mall from the hotel is convenient; it's within walking distance, even for someone lazy or sun-averse. Overall, I was impressed."
"The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff speaks Chinese. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. If you turn left when you leave and cross the traffic light, you'll reach Terminal 21 shopping mall. The breakfast is also delicious with a good variety. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya. It's also a short taxi ride to the fruit market and Big C."
"Was good stay but only problem night time and morning time noisy from parking and cleaning staff passed up down Becouse of the window of the room in hotel All same facing to the walking way and it makes you can hear everyone they go in out to the room and have close the the windows curtains allways Couse people can see inside some of them look inside from window toilet also smell very bad I buy 2 spray in 4 day
Good things nearly too many massage shop and price is not bad if in low season and the staff helpful also reception is smile which is good things tv smart and air conditioning if use low energy no voice if high make voice"
"This hotel looks really nice. The room size was decent, and having two chairs was a plus. It was clean, and I opted for a room with a bathtub. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money. It's also very close to a 7-Eleven, convenience store, and supermarket. The only downside is there's a nightclub next door, so if you're a light sleeper sensitive to bass, I wouldn't recommend it."

AAnonymous UserThe check-in process took far too long. We waited for more than 30 minutes in total—over 20 minutes just to reach the counter, followed by another 10 minutes to complete the check-in. There were simply too many procedures involved, including having to print documents. I hope the hotel can streamline the process, as it was clear that the staff were doing their best. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the longest check-in experience I’ve ever had. It’s disappointing to encounter this at a five-star hotel, especially having to stand and wait for such a long time.
That said, the swimming pool and water park were excellent, and the room itself was very nice. Overall, the hotel is good. However, the bathroom floor was not cleaned thoroughly. Since many guests likely return from the water park, the floor felt slightly greasy. In addition, one of the two bathrobes had damp sleeves and was not replaced. It seemed like it might have been left over from the previous guest, as even the sleeves were not arranged properly when it was hung up. That was particularly disappointing.
The breakfast selection was fairly limited, and there were not enough tables. If you come down around 9:00 a.m., you may have to wait for a table. However, the hotel does inform guests about this in advance, so I found it understandable.
Overall, I had a good stay. My favorite benefit was the late check-out option. However, the issues I mentioned above were disappointing, especially considering this is a five-star hotel.
GGuest UserFirst time staying here. The environment is very comfortable, perfect for a vacation. A slight inconvenience is that the place is quite large, so getting around requires the hotel's golf cart to go from the lobby to the room. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel's swimming pool is also very comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun. Breakfast was excellent! 👍🏻 It's very suitable for families with children. Also, this time we were arranged in a Yellow Sapphire room, which has a jacuzzi. Next time I might try a different room that has direct pool access. 😆
GGuest UserBooked a basic room, and got an upgrade since I checked in late. The view was absolutely amazing! Overall, the service was good. The dining options nearby were pretty satisfying for daily needs, and transportation was convenient; you could easily hail a taxi anytime.
GGuest UserI'm a repeat guest at Fifth Pattaya. And I keep coming back for more. I find the Grand Deluxe rooms more than adequate with a fantastic kitchenette, private balconies and many of the rooms have just undergone renovation. The breakfast is most acceptable, the location from the beach is just a 3 to 5 minute stroll, the staff of super friendly and efficient. There's no place I'd be happier to stay at.
GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating
SSam from FranceBonjour!
This is a beautiful hotel, featuring three elevators, a small gym with new equipment, a ping-pong table, a billiard table, and a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers (40 baht per wash).
The pool is lovely and kid-friendly, with a great atmosphere. The staff are very pleasant.
There are several supermarkets nearby, the beach is 600m away, and Terminal 21 shopping mall is a 15-20 minute walk. You'll also find plenty of street food stalls close to the hotel.
TTitix7Overall, it's good! Perfect for those on a budget who still want a beautiful, healing place. The Lanna-style decor is lovely, and the swimming pool is huge and great for fun. The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the city center and food hubs.
AAyoub LaaouejWe had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious, cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice, cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.
GGuest UserThe hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information.
I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire.
The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra.
Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
GGuest UserInitially, they gave me a bad room with an unpleasant odor. Afterwards, I went to the reception and informed them about the bad smell, and they gave me another room that was much better. The cleaning lady cleaned the room the next day and told me to change some things, which she did very well. Thank you for your service. Honestly, the price at this hotel is very good considering the service. I recommend that if someone else is dissatisfied with this service, they should go somewhere else and pay more. This hotel offers excellent value for money. Thank you for everything. That's all I have to say.
